Wells Family Construction LLC

Wells Family Construction LLC is a family-rooted construction company serving homeowners in Medford and throughout Southern Oregon. Rhett grew up around his family’s woodworking business on the Oregon Coast, learning alongside his father and developing an appreciation for skilled, hands-on work. That early experience, combined with years in a fast-paced construction industry, has helped Rhett build adaptable knowledge for working with different homes, climates, and terrain. He enjoys the challenge of structural repairs as much as refining a home with a rustic, hometown feel - while utilizing modern materials and design. Our faith guides the values we bring to our work, and those values are not something we compromise. We’re a small, hands-on team that stays involved from the first estimate through the final walkthrough. We want our clients to feel like family, and we’re glad to be a helpful, familiar resource when new projects come up. Our work includes remodeling, decks and outdoor spaces, flooring restoration, stairs, and timber and log home restoration. We focus on clear communication, practical recommendations, and careful workmanship, so you know what to expect and can feel confident in the work being done. We’re proud to help homeowners improve, maintain, and enjoy their homes with dependable service and solutions built for real life.
