Eric Kerley, a Georgia Tech Graduate, built a successful career in the Atlanta Commercial Construction industry before becoming a Business Owner, General Contractor, Entrepreneur, and Investor. Eric’s portfolio includes projects that range from investment renovations and residential remodels to large multifamily and student housing developments. Eric is originally from Chattanooga TN, where he resides with his wife, Jane and their two Sons. After moving to Chattanooga, Eric and Jane combined their Construction and Real Estate knowledge to form K4 Property Group, LLC. in 2021. Glenn Dillard, an Entrepreneur and Construction Business Owner, has held Management titles in New Home Construction and Commercial Finishes. Glenn’s portfolio includes projects that range from single and multifamily housing to upscale tenant buildouts. Glenn was born and raised in Cobb County, GA, where he resides with his wife Angie and their Son. As longtime friends, Eric and Glenn partnered in 2023 to expand K4 Property Group, LLC. and bring The Designery, a Kitchen, Bath and Closet Company, to the Northwest Georgia Area. Each with 25+ years in construction, Eric and Glenn deliver a quality experience and remain focused on building relationships with Residential Clients and Industry Partners to ensure clear communication and satisfaction with the final product, every time.
