The crew were always on time and hard working and they really seemed to enjoy their work. Francisco had good some ideas and was always concerned about the cost of the project. He was very easy to work with, and if he made a mistake or misunderstood what I wanted, he was quick to make it right.

We worked with Francisco at Caterpillar Landscaping to transform our front yard, and couldn't be more pleased. After seeing another home in our neighborhood that they had worked on, we reached out, and Francisco was out the next day to see our property. After a few days, he presented a plan for the project, and provided renderings of what the finished product should look like and a detailed quote. The project took three days to complete and included electrical work (adding an exterior outlet and control panel, and burying cables), repair of existing features, and haul-away of old plants (including several years' growth of creeping jasmine which we found literally impossible to remove ourselves). We found the cost of this service to be appropriate for the work involved. There were some elements of the plan that ended up not being necessary - Francisco thought we might need to set up a drop line to our irrigation system, but once we were at the point where that work was to be performed, he reviewed the coverage of our irrigation system and found that it was providing more than enough water to all areas. He simply removed that from the scope of work, rather than pushing us to include something we didn't need. Francisco and his team couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. We are thrilled with the results, and would recommend Francisco and Caterpillar Landscaping to anyone.

Our relationship with Francisco and Caterpillar Landscaping is close to a year and a half and it bears saying that while we were extremely pleased at the way our project turned out we are over the moon at Francisco’s responsiveness and his team’s commitment and dedication any and every time we need help or advise. Simply put, Caterpillar did a great job. I had a nice initial consultation with the owner Franscisco. He listened to my concerns and ideas for what we wanted done to my front and back yards and made it happen. The work started sooner and finished quicker than was initially proposed. I was particularly impressed with the finished product of the pavers and landscaping. Now I have an outdoor space I can enjoy with my family.

Francisco was very professional, a good listener, offered suggestions and I had the clear feeling that he would do I great job - which he did. They came on time and actually brought some extra help and finished my 2 day project in just 1 day. Overall very pleased with the final results and the entire process. Highly recommend.

This was a large, upscale, landscape design and installation. Francisco always conducted himself in a professional and courteous manner. He is a man of his word. I have to admit, as the customer, we made quite a few changes and additions to the job as we were going along. He stuck with us every step of the way, and offered creative, well manicured, landscaping design solutions for a good price value. Because of his flexibility, and cooperative attitude at all times, we intend to work with him for all of our projects in the future.
