Tyler and his team turned our boring half bathroom into a stunning oasis of a full bathroom. He listened to our vision and brought creative solutions to any obstacles. He was collaborative and communicative. And when we had an electrical problem (which ended up being unrelated to construction), he showed up after hours to help us find solutions. Would absolutely recommend this team!

From start to finish Tyler and Devin are exceptional! Next Project Renovations really came thru and did amazing work on a large job of home repair from storm damage. They did tear out and install of new windows and siding. They were there when they said they would be and kept us informed every step of the way. They are ethical, professional, trustworthy, perform high quality work, and pay attention to the details. They are my first call for all my future projects.

Tyler and Devin were fantastic to work with and do beautiful, high quality work. We remodeled two bathrooms and the kitchen, as well as knocked out a wall between the kitchen and living room and put in some foot walls in the attic. Communication was smooth from start to finish and everything turned out great. We are thrilled with our decision to work with them.

We have used them for three different projects and we love the results. They have done a deck repair, put a shiplap ceiling and lighting in a family room, and a complete master bath remodel. They are very professional in the whole process, from the estimates to the project clean up. We appreciated the explanation of what the project would involve and best options for how to proceed. They always kept us updated on next steps and time-frames. The quality of their work is wonderful with great attention to detail.

This last Summer (2024) Tyler and his crew installed a beautiful deck extension onto our house with new cable railing. He also installed French drains around our barn, and fortified the inside of our barn with new posts, and wrapped new siding and windows around the entire barn, new gutters, and new custom made doors. Next Project Renovations exceeded our expectations. We are so very pleased. Tyler was great in his communication, fair in his estimates, and conscientious in his work. Tyler is a craftsman and it shows in the fine details. I highly recommend Tyler and Next Project Renovations to any who would ask. Five stars is not enough. I would give them 6 if I had the option. Thankyou Next Project Renovations!

Ty and his assistant Devin did a wonderful job renovating a house we inherited in Lakeside Park, Kentucky.The house needed alot of work - and they did a wonderful job - and were very particular about getting everything right. The work they both did themselves and supervised by other contractors included: basement waterproofing, substantial rewiring, replacement of soffits, replacement of floors in two rooms, installation of new kitchen appliances and countertops, 2 bathroom renovations, new HVAC, installation of new lighting throughout, reconstruction of an attached outdoor shed and repainting of the entire house, including the basement. I would recommend them highly!

Ty is an amazing contractor. He is courteous, communicative, and stands by the value of his work. He did a whole house renovation for a house I manage and did a fabulous job. If I saw a minor detail that needed addressing, he was almost always ahead of me and had plans to take care of it. I highly recommend Ty -- he'll do a great job for you!

Tyler and his team did an excellent job on my remodel project. Trustworthy, dependable, and very conscientious about the work he performs. He listened to my ideas, offered some of his own, and that process led to me getting exactly what I wanted with a few extras added I would have never imagined. The final result looks better than I expected. You won't be disappointed if you use Next Project Renovations.

Tyler was very knowledgeable, attention to detail, and offered great advice on how to move forward with the projects. Tyler and his team are AMAZING!!!! We are renovating our kitchen and removed a wall, you would never be able to tell there was a wall there because of Tyler's team. Tyler sent his nephew out to finish our electric, he did an AMAZING job also. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEXT PROJECT RENOVATIONS, I can't express that enough. I will definitely use them for my future renovations and there are A LOT. I posted a before and after.
