I can’t recommend Piranha Construction enough, they excelled in every category: timeliness, professionalism, dedication, quality of work, communication, and overall friendliness. Our office renovation project went seamlessly, even with us managing everything from out of state. Steve was fantastic, he kept us updated through email, text, and even the occasional FaceTime to ensure we felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. The quality of their work was impeccable. Every detail was handled with care, and both Steve’s team and their subcontractors were outstanding. Despite a tight deadline, they went above and beyond, even working weekends, to make sure everything was completed on time, which did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. They were also incredibly professional when offering suggestions or addressing minor issues that arose. Their communication was always respectful and never pushy, making collaboration easy and enjoyable. After almost two years of dealing with various contractors in remodeling a 2 bedroom condo in Florida and unable to get the job to the finish line with Final Permits PASSED, I concluded that INTEGRITY is the characteristic that all contractors lacked and INTEGRITY is exactly what I found in Steve from Piranha Construction. I would like to share this far and wide. Regardless of the size or cost of the project, if the Contractor lacks integrity, the Customer will be left with a myriad of problems, stress and financial loss. Integrity is not a skill, it is a personality characteristic, and one either has it or not. Piranha Construction has demonstrated and proven that their integrity is the foundational key to their success. Thank you Steve for ending our two year nightmare.

Steve and his team were fantastic to partner with, helping us redesign our outdoor living space. The Piranha team was super responsive and easy to communicate with, either in-person, email or text. Having done a number of extensive renovations, I'm always expecting some kind of change to the estimate during the project. Not this time! Steve managed to the proposal and we weren't surprised with any costly change orders. The finished product exceeded our expectations; a beautiful tongue/groove ceiling, new outdoor ceiling fans, and ample recessed lighting to allow for nighttime entertaining. Would highly recommend Piranha!

We are extremely happy with having chose Piranha Construction to renovate my master bathroom. I interviewed and received quotes from numerous General Contractors. It was a frustrating process, until meeting with the owner Steve. He and his crew are talented and professional. Their attention to detail and quality of work is impressive. My completed project is exactly what I wanted. We will definitely be hiring them for future home improvement projects.

I contracted Piranha to demo my kitchen and replace it completely with new cabinets, countertops, a backsplash and new appliances. Working under really tight timelines Steve and his team got the job done ahead of schedule, dealt with unexpected problems that occur on any job flawlessly, were punctual, and did PERFECT work. There were occasions where he and his team could have done a part of the job to meet minimum requirements but he always recommended the best approach to ensure that the project would be done to the highest standards. Steve and his team are perfectionists and it really showed in the quality of the kitchen he installed. Lastly, he was incredibly responsive - always reachable and if not there when I called would get back to quickly. I would highly recommend Piranha to anyone who wants a perfect job at a fair price!

Replaced leaky hose bib and installed Python smart water shut off valve. The electrician Freddie and plumber Rodrigo took the time to explain what they were doing and were efficient in completing the job and cleaned up nicely after they completed the job. We will definitely use this company again.

I just sold my house and there were a few issues that came up on the inspection that needed to be taken care right away by a certified company for electrical and plumbing. I contacted Piranha Construction and had the opportunity to meet Steve one of the owners. It was a rush so he came over on Saturday afternoon to take a look at the issues and one being in the attic. He know the repair was urgent so he offered to get the work done immediately once he was here. We agreed on a very reasonable price and he suited up to work in the attic for a good amount of time. The work was done, he took pictures and prepared a detailed report. I highly recommend calling Piranha construction for your service needs or renovations.
