Ryan and his crew were the best part of our home build. We waited a long time to make this build a reality and it absolutely would have not been possible to be done with as much quality and efficiency without them. You hear things about contractors all the time and R. Glosser Homes is the exact opposite of every horror story you’ve ever heard while building a home. From the very beginning when we were looking for a contractor, Ryan was prompt with answering our questions, quick to set up an in person meeting, diligent to get our quotes back in the timeframe he gave us, and because of that we knew we didn’t need to look anywhere else. We were very hands on with our build and I spent a lot of time with our subcontractors- every single one had nothing but amazing things to say about Ryan. If I had a dollar for every person who said we picked the best home builder, I could probably build another house. :) Every question and every change order we asked for was handled promptly. Ryan’s prompt communication is TOP TIER in this industry. Our project was finished within the timeframe we had hoped for and that was our biggest priority after waiting for so long to begin. We are so grateful to Ryan and his crew for making our home build an exciting and worry-free process. We truly got to enjoy and soak in this experience of making our dream home come to life because we knew it was in the best hands.

Ryan Glosser is an exceptional builder. He uses quality materials, is a perfectionist, and stands behind his work. He was able to incorporate modifications I asked for into the house and it looks amazing.

10/10 response time, quality of work, and attention to detail. Since moving in, they've redone the primary closet, overhauled the main bathroom, and replaced all door knobs throughout the house with more work to come. They're my go-to.

Very good to work with and is easy to get ahold of when I had a question. Very prompt on getting subs scheduled n getting jobs completed. Always accessible when needed.

Ryan was our home builder. He provided great communication throughout the course of the project. The entire process ran remarkably smooth compared to what we've heard from others who built homes with different homebuilders. If you have built a home, you know how stressful it can be. Everyone has heard the horror stories. If we started from scratch tomorrow, we would use Glosser Homes again. The house was completed on budget and within a reasonable timeframe compared to the projected finish date. The only delays were caused by weather. As with most builds, minor things come up post move in. We haven’t had many, but when we have, Ryan has mitigated the issue immediately. We are very proud of our home and are thankful we chose R. Glosser Homes.
