David is a true construction professional ! He rebuilt our bathroom from scratch using the finest of materials and workmanship in 2025. David takes tremendous pride in his work. I would recommend him for any project !

We had such a great experience working with Dave on remodeling all of our bathrooms. He is incredibly meticulous and methodical, and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. He was always reliable, easy to work with, and just an overall great guy to have in our home. We also really appreciated how much he involved us throughout the process. Whenever a design decision came up, he would talk us through the options, offer alternatives or recommendations, and make sure we were happy with the direction before moving forward. His pricing was very fair, especially for the quality of work and attention to detail. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be having him back for more projects. It’s hard to find someone you trust, does great work, and is genuinely enjoyable to work with — we can’t recommend him enough!

My husband and I hired Dave to do some pretty extensive work on a very old house a few years ago. He refinished a fully gutted kitchen, installed ceilings and built closets in some very old bedrooms, and installed a new and updated staircase. Needless to say, these were the selling points on this house when it was time to go. Dave's work was meticulous, professional, and impeccable, his work ethic apparent in the long days and thoughtfulness in keeping our home and his work area clean at the end of each work session. His days were efficient, and every job done thoroughly. We were quite amazed at his competent ability in every task, down to the skilled staining of each stair tread. When we moved into our new home, my husband and I chose to build a porch off our house, but were not willing to take the risk of framing a roof structure for it ourselves, lacking the capability of attaching it to the home. My husband, a perfectionist, didn't trust anyone else to hire for the job except Dave, knowing Dave would meet his high expectations. The whole thing turned out better than we imagined, thanks to Dave's help with the design, being more aesthetically appealing than our original plan and matched the style of our house. Dave is not only an expert in construction, but is truly a pleasant guy to be around as we were able to interact with and get to know him on these projects. I would highly recommend Dave for any house project if you want a job done right.

Dave is a wonderful contractor! I had a large project several years back and he did an awesome job with it! I had requested a two-car attached garage with mud room. He was able to add additional square footage on to the existing house to create the mud room, and from there, the garage. Additionally, I asked him to reside the entire house because I was so impressed with his expertise and attention to detail. I highly recommend him for large projects as well as small!

David and his team are a pleasure to work with. They have helped with quick repairs, responding in a timely manner and solving our issues completely. They've also conducted thorough renovations of a bedroom and bathroom. The updates were high-quality work, and continue to look great / work as intended years later. David was very professional and helpful with the design of our bathroom. He was able to make the vision for our Master Bath come true. It was amazing when he finished. Our vision involved a major shift of tub/shower/toilet and turning the one sink into a two sink vanity. It looked beautiful when he was done. He finished timely too. Dave was very professional and did a beautiful job with our bathroom a few years ago, Every day when we was finished for the day he cleaned the entire area and left nothing around. Any questions I had he gave his expertise and Iwas very appreciative. We are very happy with the new design and would recommend his services to everyone.

Dave has completed a total renovation of our second floor cap cod. The work was flawless. Dave did not have to come back for anything. The job was completed as scheduled with no surprises. He has also done work on our son’s house with the same results as my wife and I experienced. Great job !!

Dave is skillful, honest, and hardworking. He did a great job remodeling our kitchen and three bathrooms. We hired him again two more times for roof replacement and bathroom vent replacement. Dave is a great communicator. He stayed on schedule and within the budget. High recommended.
