Fernando and his team did an amazing job with updates at my rental house that had not been updated since it was built in the mid-80s. He was really helpful with advice on the improvements that would have the most impact, and honest about keeping the updates appropriate for a rental. The house is beautifully refreshed with updates that will age well. We had multiple viewings and applications and had it rented it on the first day it was listed. Prices were more reasonable than other contractors in the area.

Fernando came by each day to check on progress and was always easy to contact for questions. He has a crew of very talented professionals. We remodeled our bathroom, which included new electrical, plumbing, tiling,wallpaper, and painting. We also replaced our old shower with a new steam shower and a stand-alone tub. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend this company.

We contracted Fernando to finish our modular home and make several improvements and upgrades. His timeliness, communications and ability to manage the various sub-contractors was excellent. I have been in the housing business for many years and I am honestly say he has been the most straightforward and easy general contractor to work with in my experience. He solved everything we threw at him, and at a fair timeline and price. The results are amazing. We are very happy with our new home.
