I run a 33-room hotel on Cape Cod and have hired Crafted Design Build for numerous projects over the past decade. From replacing a single window to completing major structural improvements—and every size job in between—they have consistently delivered exceptional workmanship. Across more than a dozen projects, I have never had a bad experience. Their team is skilled, efficient, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. They are also respectful of our property and mindful of our guests, which is especially important in the hospitality industry. After many years of managing a business on Cape Cod and working with countless contractors, I can confidently say that I don't think you'll find a more dependable, knowledgeable, or skilled company to take on your project and see it through to the highest-quality result possible. Crafted Design-Build completely transformed our home in Falmouth with a new roof, custom skylight replacements, and a rebuilt deck. We had unique skylight sizes that other contractors wouldn’t touch, but this team took on the challenge with care and craftsmanship. They treated our home like their own, communicated every step of the way, and the results are beautiful. It’s rare to find a contractor you can truly trust—Crafted Design-Build is one of them.

After 2 false starts with other construction professionals we were almost ready to give up. Then some friends referred us to Konstantin and we were back on track with our addition and reno. He was immediately sensitive to our budget while tirelessly refining our design until we were all satisfied. Both he and Jordan listened to our input and seamlessly handled any issue or question that cropped up both during and after project completion. The entire team is skilled in their craft as well as respectful of our time and property. We were beyond thrilled with the results. So much so, we asked them back to complete a bathroom reno! We couldn’t ask for more.

Craft Design Build converted my 3 season room into a year round room. They were fabulous to work with - professional, efficient and scheduled great organizations to complete specific projects. Overall a wonderful team whose skillset and thoroughness successfully resulted in a room that beat our expectations! The best part - they communicated consistently and the project was completed on time. I cannot say enough about the organization - they will no doubt be my "go to" for future projects.

Buying an antique house is not for the faint of heart! When we landed at Meadow House in June of 2024 we knew we were going to need a knowledgeable craftsman to help us maintain our 18th century home. While previous owners had done an admirable job of keeping the place in good shape, we still had a section of sill to replace and some trim around the front door. We spoke to several builders/contractors, but Konstantin was not only knowledgeable about current building practices and the unique nature of Cape building sites, he was also keenly aware of post and beam construction, balloon framing, and the historic value of our house. When we first met with Konstantin, he impressed us, but he and his crew continued to impress us throughout the project. The work was done with meticulous detail and with no delays. The project was a full size garage addition. It turned out to be a great decision functionally, esthetically and in value. We got Crafted Design Build name from another highly pleased customer. .We had frank discussions with Jordan and Ronan. Each step in the project was clearly outlined in their quote. It is my belief their estimate was entirely fair and even more so as I saw the project unfold. Each “sub” did their job well and in a timely manner. Communications were seamless and timely. Finally and significantly, we had a hard deadline for completion. To meet this, CDB literally had an entire team of workers come together to finish on time. The job site was neat and clean and the men always efficient in their work all day long. Promises made and promises kept!

Our Cape home had not been updated since 1976 so it needed a tremendous about of work. Thankfully, a realtor friend recommended Konstantin and we have worked with him over the last several years on a wide range of remodeling and construction projects. Inside the house he added a window seat and shelving, updated a bathroom and lifted part of a ceiling to accommodate a staircase. Because of the age of the house, some elements of the redesign proved challenging but Konstantin was undaunted. His solutions were well thought out and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. The entire exterior of the house was redone. Our windows, roof and cedar siding were replaced and the front of our home was redesigned with beautiful stonework. The deck is a masterpiece and is the talk of the neighborhood! Konstantin and his team are professional, thoughtful and reliable. The work they produce is excellent.
