Burnstad Restorations

Burnstad evaluated and repaired mold damage due to a faulty condensation line for the A/C-Heater system. There had been 5 gallons of water under the system which leaked into the garage and into the bedroom closet and sat there all summer. Burnstad removed the damaged sections and detoxed the structural portions. After drying, they replaced the dry wall for the garage, and the drywall and flooring in the closet. They painted the walls and matched and replaced the molding. During the process they vented the air out of the house. Fast, friendly, and efficient. They kept us appraised throughout and made sure that things were done to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Recently, my husband and I updated our kitchen by installing new counter tops. After making several calls, we contacted Houzz and were connected to Burnstad Restorations, LLC. The owner, Dylan Burnstad, was wonderful. Dylan walked us through the entire process and the results are exactly what we wanted. He also built and customized the butcher block top for our island. Dillon is a very reliable worker. He did a beautiful job on a custom shower for us as well as a new kitchen floor. We would highly recommend him for any job you may have.

Dylan has great attention to detail and does amazing work. He has done a ton of work for me including larger jobs going down to the studs and requiring re-framing, concrete, etc as well as smaller jobs in the bathroom, or laying a new floor, etc. No matter the job, he always does a great job. I hired Dylan to do some upgrades on my home. He expanded my existing 2nd story deck and installed an inset hot tub in it. He also built a second addition to the deck that was covered and screened in. I used him for an number of other projects around the house including painting and replacing rotten siding along one side of my home with Hardiplank. My wife, myself, and my wife's mother eventually moved. We found out that the refrigerator in the kitchen had been leaking and rotted some of the flooring and walls. Dylan did an excellent job tearing everything out and replacing the framing, drywall and flooring with no trace of the original damage. Later on, we had Dylan replace the back deck with a larger one and eventually installed a metal roof over it. The largest project he did for us, though, was the basement remodel. It was a basement, double garage along with a small workshop and some utility areas. After he was finished it was a comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment for my mother-in-law. This included a custom, curbless shower for her. In all the years Dylan has worked for me, I have known him to work with determination and honesty. I have always been impressed with the quality of his work. I have clearly seen over the years the pride he has in his work and would gladly hire him again if he was still here in GA.

We hired Burnstad Restorations to redo our master bath, from flooring to tiles to replacing the tub. It came out wonderful! We had also hired them on a previous project to redo floor in our half bath!

Very courteous and thorough. The price he quoted was the price we paid. The work he did was high quality. He tiled our front and back patio which included leveling it. He built our outdoor kitchen and pergola.

Dylan was able to show up, listen to our needs and care for the building repairs that we had. When I called him again for additional repairs in other areas, he said he was moving out West. That was unfortunate as he was an excellent all around handy man for our building needs.
