Excellent Service. Gardenbau designed and his crew installed a new bluestone front porch, walkway and steps. They also freshened up our landscaping with a new design and installation. I have worked with Pete twice. Once on a major remodel, where existing landscape was removed and a new terraced landscape was created. The home sits on a ravine and the new design blended so well with the ravine one would think it had been there forever. To this day every wall and stone placed has never shifted. It still looks perfect 17 years later. Our second project was new construction. A different concept which once again was done beautifully. This home is a corner lot with a more refined "English" landscape. It is one of the prettiest houses on the block. Pete and I are starting our third project together, which speaks volumes for what I think of him and his ability. I look forward to hearing what he has in store for our new home. In a world filled with cookie cutter landscape/hardscape designs, Pete and Gardenbau Group have brought a level of creativity and knowledge that have made my yard a showplace. It started with a thoughtful discussion regarding how my family and I wanted to make use of our outdoor space. Pete then worked off our ideas and took it them to another level - using different spaces, materials colors, etc. While Pete was always open to our suggestions and ideas, he had a way of turning those ideas into something better. As an accountant, budget was critical to me. Pete worked hard to utilize materials and create a design that kept project where it needed to be. When difficult decisions needed to be made he presented multiple options to make sure we stayed on target from both a budget and time standpoint. Peter Wodarz is a genius with landscape architecture! Here understands the climate and creates the environment that works with every season! He stages perennials to bloom throughout! He is also a master with hard scape design! Not to mention a pleasure to work with! He has designed award winning landscapes with both of our homes! He created English style stone walls, fireplace, pergolas, blue stone patio, outdoor kitchen, and English gardens! Highly recommend!
