We've used Zac and his team for two separate projects and both times they exceeded expectations. I especially appreciated the team's communication throughout the project and attention the budget.... not to mention they do excellent work! They will be our first call for any future projects and we continue to refer friends any chance we get.

Well Done Building and Design will exceed your expectations! Zach, Eric and Levi are now like family. Eric is a complete perfectionist. He does amazing work. I feel honored that he worked on our Huntington Beach Cottage. Zach is patient and diligent. Levi is so wonderful with keeping the cottage tidy and neat and organized. This remodel to my dad's cottage meant the world to me. This team really kept that in mind. They did the most incredible transformation. The cottage looks classic and unique. My dad lived in this cottage since 1962. It was brought here from Pasadena. They took the best care of her. All the subs they brought in, were so nice. Edgar and his dad are the best cabinetry men alive! The father and son painters are fantastic. The floor guys were great. Loved the Electrician and plumbers. Martin was one of my favorite. His team did the wood work on the outside. I can not forget the brains behind the whole remodel, Lisa @LL.designs. She brought the whole picture together. Grateful and blessed to have met this whole team. Don't hesitate to contact them you won't regret a single thing.

Zac and his team are true pros and truly nice guys. They completely transformed my living space, kitchen and exterior last year. -- the photos on Houzz. I've also asked them to help with some smaller unrelated improvements that they were more than willing to take on. Highly recommend.

Zac & his awesome team just completed the MOST amazing renovation of our master bed & bath. I am BEYOND thrilled! First of all the entire Well Done staff is so professional & reliable. They were here when they said they'd be & worked late until the job was done. The finished product is gorgeous & the entire experience with them was fantastic. They were clean as they worked, kept me apprised of their progress & what was coming next, and addressed any concern I had immediately. Zac always let me know the day before about who was working the next day & what the plan was for the days following. You really can't go wrong with Well Done. They exceeded all of our expectations!
