We engaged Welling Construction to undertake what can only be considered a transformation of our home on Lake Tahoe. This project included the excavation of a third level under the existing home, pushing out the front of the house to accommodate stairwells and a total renovation of the upper two floors. The project required some robust engineering and project management. Brent and his crew were on top of everything, Brent never let the least detail be ignored, he always kept us informed and involved and we felt they approached our project with a sense of ownership and a spirit of adventure. We consider Brett has become a friend through this project and if we should ever undertake another construction project in the area we would employ Brett and his company without hesitation.

We are "veterans" of many remodeling projects over the years and Brent and his crew are clearly the best with whom we have worked.
