We absolutely love every single aspect of our new ADU—from the stunning exterior curb appeal to every tight interior finish. They are a brand you can truly trust. In fact, we wish we had more land just so we could use it again! The team behind this masterpiece is unmatched: -Alex (The Foreman): The absolute superstar of the build. Construction sites are inherently chaotic, but Alex has this incredibly calm demeanor that creates instant order out of the madness. Every single time I asked how things were going or if a challenge popped up, he would always smoothly respond, "Everything's good." And it truly was. I have never heard of a construction project passing every single permit inspection on the very first visit, but under Alex's diligent eye, that is exactly what happened. When it came to complex elements, he made them look effortless. He even went above and beyond to ensure the fence and access gate perfectly matched the exact vision I had in my mind. -Ilya (Project Manager): Huge shout-out to Ilya for flawless communication and timeline management. They aimed for a four-month build, and they hit that mark. -Eric (The Architect): A design wizard. Eric masterfully handled the initial detailed design elements and secured the city's permits for us. He would actively call out potential design elements that might look a bit "funky" in reality, giving us his honest perspective while always letting us make the final call. -Sergey (Construction Worker): Sergey was simply fantastic. He was incredibly pleasant to have around the property every day and always worked hard to execute the heavy lifting flawlessly. Kirill (Founder/CEO): It clearly starts at the top. Kirill is genuinely kind and deeply passionate about making sure the project goes great. If you are building an ADU and want to keep your sanity, hire WellMade. They are the real deal!

I worked with Wellmade to build a custom backyard office shed, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. After comparing bids from a local contractor and several prefab companies, Wellmade stood out for their unique (and eye-catching) design, quality, customization, and value—and their San Leandro factory was an hour away. We created a modified Richmond model with a side entry door and rear window, which they integrated beautifully with my existing deck. The team matched the composite boards and built a seamless step-up entrance that looks amazing. Because they had an opening in the calendar, the project went from design to completion in about a month. The three-person installation crew handled everything—from demo to cleanup—in under a week, with great communication and attention to detail. The finished shed feels solid, quiet, and refined. I love how it looks in my yard and highly recommend Wellmade—especially for Bay Area homeowners wanting a modern, well-built prefab with a personal touch.

We got the Presidio Max shed and the Laurel sauna. We could not be more happy. They both look great and I was honestly shocked at how quick the whole process was. The crew was incredibly hard working and considerate. The final product is beautiful and very high quality.

From my initial conversations with Ian to my more in depth project roadmapping with Masha to the actual build with Ivan, I never had a question go unanswered or a concern go unaddressed. The team was patient and professional and clearly very experienced. And I love the finished product -- I got the Richmond mini and it fits my space perfectly. The mini split and skylight work great too. Having a Wellmade shed is only about 10,000 times better than working in my garage!

WellMade is incredible. We worked with them to design a custom unit (8x10'), smaller than the typical offering, that fits in our cozy backyard. We use the shed to allow us to work from home and meet the needs of our growing family. The shed looks fantastic with its clean, modern materials and finishes. The sconces on either side of the sliding glass doors mean it looks beautiful at night as well. We were amazed by how quickly the shed was completed. In less than a week, the WellMade crew cleared the backyard space of bushes, poured a concrete foundation, built the shed, installed lighting, outlets, A/C, sky lights, painted the interior, and built a small deck in the front of the shed. The crew was professional, courteous and conscientious, accommodating our various small customizations (e.g., outlet placement), and checked in with us before they departed each evening. WellMade has far exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We highly recommend them!

I have collaborated with Kirill on multiple custom homes. He and the team are easy to work with and have a great sense of style. The capability of full 3D modeling and photorealistic images is extremely helpful for portraying the finished product to clients. As a builder the 3D is helpful so I can interact with the model and find measurements easily and precisely. We have had excellent projects together varying from Modern farmhouse, craftsmen, to minimalistic Modern.

I have had the pleasure of interacting with Kirill on multiple occasions of the last few years. Kirill has been the consummate professional and his finished work products have been really excellent. I have also occasionally referred friends to him and everyone has been very happy with their projects. Kirill & WellMade were a pleasure to do business and work with. Kirill had great ideas and insights, was very flexible and interested in hearing our ideas and desires and implementing the same. He's a great guy and I recommend him unequivocally! We hired him to create as-builts, design a completely renovated 950 sf basement with bathroom and full service wet bar, a multi-level backyard with bocce ball court, fire pit, bar and deck (which we completed in 2017) and now we're in the middle of a major great room remodel with his help.
