Signature Homes

Very poor workmanship. Bathroom and kitchens fixtures about as cheap as you can find. Paint pealed in both bathrooms and in kitchen.

We purchased a signature home that was originally built in 2007. In the three years we’ve been in the house, we’ve had to redo plumbing in all bathrooms, replace both hvac systems, replace over half the windows, fix several electrical issues, address some structural problems, and add insulation. Our wood floors squeak incessantly, and when we open our kitchen cabinets, we feel like we’re opening them to the outside. We’ve talked to our neighbors, and they’ve had many of the same issues.

Signature homes is nice to work with. They want their customers happy! We have enjoyed our now second home You will not regret building with them

Signature Homes was fantastic to work with. We have built homes with other builders in the past and this was by far the easiest, most organized process. We had what I would deem as normal mishaps during the build process but nothing that signature did not take care of & again, things I would expect with a new build. We have been very happy with our home!

Sales process is very easy, and they make sure you hear what you want to hear and need to hear in order to sign the papers. Once you close, they don't follow through on those promises. They act like those things never happened, and it's no longer their problem since you've already closed on the house. Very disappointing and unprofessional post-closing. Warranty responds (sometimes) but will never entertain conversations about those empty promises.

Great people, lousy supervision. Let jobbers do what they want, when they want, with no regard to proven industry standards. Laid my hardwood at 9 degrees, poured my ever cracking driveway at 28 degrees. Waiting on response for 11 months now. Fifth home I have built, poorest quality and most expensive one I have owned. Just ignore my warranty requests.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. This is by far the worst builder and experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend Signature to my worst enemy. From the start dealing with Signature was a nightmare. For example they put the wrong roof and brick on our home and told us “it needed to be washed”. They treated us with a complete lack of respect and do not care what their clients need or want. There’s little to no communication and when they do communicate it’s days later and you may not even get any answers. Save your time and money and go with a builder that will do what they say and actually deliver a product.

Amazon house builder. Uses quality stuffs. Supports throughout the end and more. If anything goes wrong, they fix it. Very much happy with their work and professionalism.

I have used this company twice for the building of 2 residents. I have built 3 times prior and they are hands above making the experience enjoyable, professional with great attention to your worries and handling any issues. Great subs and organized outfit.
