I have been a customer for many years and bought several firplaces from here. My husband went in to schedule an appt for a device in our current unit( purchased from them but installed by our contractor). Whoever made the appt wrote down 9-11 for a time. When they left a message to confirm they had moved the appt to later in the morning. I called to let them know that would not work for us we needed the time it was scheduled originally. I was told they moved my appt to make warrenty work a priority. I am a paying customer with an appt for several weeks. Good to know they do not value my business. I will take my business to a company that values it!
