5 Stars Quality! Best Service! I 100% recommend West Quality Roofing & Exteriors. I hired this company to re-do the roof and fix the attic ventilation for one of my rentals. Actually, I didn’t know about the need to fix/improve the ventilation of my attic until Francois kindly, very patiently and thoroughly explained how this would avoid condensation, mold and other issues that would be more costly to repair in the future. Valerie was also very helpful in answering all my questions both about the payment process, timelines and technical information. Valerie and Francois are very professional, trustworthy and the work was completed on time. I will definitely continue to hire their services for my home and other rentals when the need arise. They also checked my other properties and they confirmed that I still have a few good years before I would need their services again.

Final product initially looked great, but the stain ended up peeling from our siding and they did not honor their 2 year workmanship warranty, claiming they "did the best we could". That's not how warranties work. Also found the company difficult to schedule the work, they didn't provide us with any updates, and had slow response times in general. Wouldn't recommend.

West Quality Construction replaced our roof this past summer. We were impressed with the quality of their work, their promptness, and their professionalism. We consulted with two other companies prior to hiring West Quality to do our roof. Their estimate was slightly more expensive than the other two companies, but the quality of our new roof is worth every penny! We could not be more pleased.

What can be said; the company is honest, uses the best roofing products, operates in a very safe way, well trained staff, great communications, ending up with an awesome roof that did not have cost over-runs and was what was planned for, and quoted on.

Integrity and high moral standards guide this man and his Company. Not your typical roofing contract, Francois, the proprietor of West Quality, has the right approach. He took the time and patience to explain and inform us of our various options and price points, and when we made our decision, his men followed through meticulously and expeditiously. Very professional and safety conscious. We met with the owner prior to any work being started so that we had a clear understating of the install process and the product that was being installed. WQC provided good service and execution of roofing work. Though there was bit delay in execution due to weather and heavy work load in market hails storm, I was informed about progress.
