Caution advised when buying from Westbow. This is what Westbow "Quality for Generations" actually looks like: Driveway defective at the time of install. Sides don't match, edges chipping off. Westbow patched edges and those are failing too. Spalling beyond what Residential Construction Performance Guide considers acceptable within the first year. Westbow even hired a 3rd party to advise, and when reported unacceptable and recommended to replace, Westbow became non-responsive. Westbow Warranty Manager even signed a document admitting that they did not follow proper procedures for warranty, yet here we are still fighting 3 years later. And that's just one of our outstanding issues with Westbow.

My family and I purchased a Westbow home in Elk Creek Estates in the Summer of 2018. The homes are great and in a great family oriented neighborhood. Any issues or concerns we had with our new home westbow staff assisted in a timely matter and were great to deal with. We would recommend
