Working with Joanne was a pleasure. She gave us excellent advice on how to replace the worn out lining for 6 dining room chairs and still keep the original fabric which we didn’t want to replace. Other upholsterers in the area claimed we had to get new fabric . Not only did she save us money on fabric but the repair had the look and feel that we had hoped for. Turnaround time was excellent and pricing was very reasonable. We were so delighted with the results, we asked if she could repair the broken arm of an expensive leather chair and again the results were timely and very professionally done.. Overall it was an excellent and satisfying experience working with Westchester Upholstery.

All of the "designing women" at Westchester Upholstery were great to work with- friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. I had a sofa, lounge chair and bolster pillow done by them and I was extremely happy with the results. Guests to my home have complimented me on the re-upholstery. I consulted with them on redoing the foam and the switch to different firmness has made the sofa much more comfortable to sit on and to get up from. There was an issue with the color of one of the upholstery fabrics and they were quick to rectify the problem. They were also able to purchase fabrics at a lower price and extend that savings to me. I recommend them highly!
