I worked with Herman Lang from Western Timberframe in 2021 and he helped me design our pergola! It is wonderful. My sons and I were able to assemble it and it went together exactly as planned. We have had it now for 4 years and absolutely love it! It is our favorite place to hang out and enjoy this weather. It is so sturdy wind does not even make it tremble. I would recommend them highly. The wood is top quality and the design is both beautiful and very sturdy. Herman was awesome to work with. They may not be the cheapest but they are the BEST. Well worth my money!!!!

They did an outstanding job on this project from there sales rep to the installers. Price was good I would use them again if I have any more needs for this type of work, they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. sales rep Jake did a outstanding job of helping us, installation team of Nathan, Tyson, and Devon were great. no problems with the install they are excellant at what they do. USE THEM.

Worst installation of a professional product I’ve ever seen. From miss placed footings, broken sprinkler line, electrical outlets not working, a horrible paint job and concrete splatter left on the house. This has been discoursed with our sails agent several time with no results. I would not recommend Western Timbers for the installation of any product!!

We love our pergola! It is very sturdy and will stand the test of time. The installation team was very professional, and they did an excellent job. We can't wait for spring and summer so we can fully enjoy it!

Awesome End Product. Excellent Company to work with. Had some delays with my project but they do everything they can to ensure there Customer is happy. I get nothing but awesome feedback from everyone who sees our Patio. You won't find better and I looked at several contractors before settling with Western Cost was only slightly higher but end product was far superior to the alternative.

I would highly recommend Western Timber Frame! We worked with Chase Bronson at Western Timber Frame. He was very professional, friendly, helpful, flexible, and great to work with. Western Timber Frame builds a high-quality product start to finish. We received detailed drawings of the project. We love how it is all cut to fit off-site and the parts were delivered and assembled in short order. The workers were efficient and careful. They finished quickly and transformed the unsightly corner view in our yard. Our backyard is extra special since the trellis was installed.
