I literally cannot write enough good things about my experience with TenK homes. They saved us after a very long, disastrous, and horrible experience with a previous contractor in our condo renovation. We have worked with a large amount and a variety of contractors within the states and this condo in Canada included our only experiences with Canadian contractors. Truly, out of all the contractors we have worked with within the states OR Canada, Darius, John and Daniel were the best! They faced some difficult construction challenges left by the previous contractor and came up with innovative, workable, very knowledgeable and quality solutions in a very short time period. Their work quality was excellent on each part of the renovation which included assorted carpentry projects, drywall, painting, tile work, installations of various items and their clean-up. They were very aware of and protected existing furniture, carpet and other items that they had to work around. They used special precautions when cutting tile and wood on our balcony to prevent the dust from blowing back into the condo. Intelligence and creativity was truly shown in the way that Darius used his apparent knowledge of materials, tools and excellent workmanship. Work was done quickly. Communication on schedules were excellent and most of all reliable! On top of all of the above they professionally and humanely showed real compassion about our previous experience. I have never said this to or about contractors before but, as I told them, they deserved not only their very reasonable pay and our many thanks but also extra stars in their halos.

Ulici Tileworks were contracted to complete the tile work in the kitchen and four of the bathrooms in our new home in Abbotsford after the original installer proved inadequate. Upon first meeting John, he immediately created a sense of trust and understanding of our vision and expectations. He spent considerable time in visioning what could be done and explaining in detail the process. We really felt that he wanted to be as proud of the finished product as we were. John helped us source the right product and we incorporated many of his suggestions and recommendations and are extremely pleased with the results. John and his crew are simply the best.

I had two bathrooms done by the owner of Ulici Tile Works Inc. Great craftsmanship and timely delivery of service. Contractor was respectful, knowledgeable, and able to address any issues arising from the site's specifics. He was willing to embed owner preferences into the regular principles of the trade, and took time to explain the Code limitations as necessary. Very approachable and personable.

We hired John for our new home based on the design and pricing he offered, which was very good. We found his workmanship to be of excellent quality, his attention to detail was very impressive. We have had many compliments from friends and associates on his work. We would definately hire him for our next project
