We hired Kevin and his team to complete a half-wall to full-wall conversion project on our 2nd floor and could not be happier with the end product. The crew (Eagle, Ness) showed up on time each day and had great attention to detail. Kevin also kept an open line of communication throughout the project and all timelines were met as expected, for the cost we discussed and agreed to. This seems exceedingly rare post-covid and they knocked it out of the park. I would highly recommend the Prestige team to anyone doing a home remodeling project, big or small. We are very happy to be living in our upgraded space!

We hired Prestige Home Renovations to finish a basement and add a bathroom. Kevin and the whole team were fantastic! Not only did they do fantastic work, everyone who came into our home was thoughtful, kind, and respectful. Kevin kept us fully up to date throughout the whole project. We were given estimates of completion (and the early estimates were remarkably accurate), and the team worked hard to deal with any unforeseen circumstances in a big project. Upon final inspection, everything I asked for was done with high quality workmanship. Not only do I recommend Prestige Home Renovations, I plan to hire them for future projects!

I was very grateful to find Kevin to finish my basement. His professionalism, timeliness, and work ethic was second to none. I would recommend everyone talk to Kevin when considering doing a home project. This is the 2nd basement finish I've done and the first one was such a nightmare (over a year to finish), I really struggled with whether I should ever do it again. My first project I had to hire and fire multiple contractors for not showing up, or doing things as discussed. I had the complete opposite experience with Kevin. I was on a tight time frame as a tenant was ready to move in. In the first time meeting Kevin, he got right to work with measuring and discussing the minor details of the project. This was very refreshing as the other few contractors I had bid on my project did little to none of this. As Kevin says, 'the devil is in the details.' Anyway.. just call Kevin to do your project; you will love the end result! I've already referred him to a few friends that he is currently working with.

Kevin was a referral for a remodel project in our basement that included a bathroom, bedroom, painting a recreation room and a few other small projects. We could not be happier with the entire process and result! From day one there was great communication and collaboration. Kevin texted us each morning to let us know his or his crews arrival time and schedule for the day. He has an outstanding group of subcontractors and we always knew their schedule and timeframe as well. The project was finished exactly when he said it would be even though we made some changes along the way. His quality of work, craftsmanship and creativity greatly exceeded our expectations. We would give Kevin 6 stars if we could and we highly recommend Prestige Home Renovations!

There are two common stereotypes for contractors...they can't keep to timing and they can't stay under budget; Kevin did a terrific job staying within budget and finishing in a timely manner. This was all done while we as clients threw curve balls and added a few side projects along the way. Kevin was great with communication and I would highly recommend his services.

Did a great job, kept expense in control and was a pleasure to work with. I would and will hire Kevin again when I need work done. He did work on our kitchen back splash and island, built a fireplace mantel and put stacked stone on that wall and finished our entire basement.

Finding a reliable, fair contractor can be a challenge to say the least. Kevin and his team were both, and much more. First, Kevin's pricing is very fair, the quality of his work impeccable, and his kindness a huge bonus. He even gives daily progress updates and communicates any issues that I am sure anyone knows are bound to come up during a renovation. I was referred to Kevin and his team by a friend and now in turn, consider Kevin a trusted friend as well. I am so glad I chose Prestige Home Renovations for my basement finish, will undoubtedly return for future projects, and certainly will not hesitate to refer him to others.

It was time to finish the unfinished basement. Kevin was recommended from a friend who had their basement done last year. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and level of skill. He was great at communicating with me throughout the project and would do whatever it took to make sure things were done right. In addition to these traits, he is one of the most ethical people I have met in the construction industry. Never once did I feel he was trying to take advantage on me. I highly recommend Prestige Home Renovations and will definitely consider them again in the future should I need a home renovation. Once again I found myself in need of a quality contractor. This time it was a small project but I immediately turned to Kevin. His craftsmanship is excellent only to be outdone by his professionalism. I honestly cannot recommend him enough.
