Really enjoyed working with Gary and his staff. We are very happy with our kitchen. All the workers were nice and professional.

We used William French in 2021 to update our kitchen and laundry room. We chose them again this summer to update our jack and jill bathroom. Once again, the communications between Gary (Sensitive Information Hidden) and Joe (Sensitive Information Hidden) was fantastic. Gary sourced all of the materials that we selected in his show room. The wall tiles and quartz countertops were beautifully installed by his team of professionals. He showed us the latest in glass enclosures that is water spot free. Joe was consistent each day during the less than three weeks from start to finish. I would also compliment the team on how the demo was conducted. Nick took great care removing the existing cabinets and tub to ensure the house was not damaged. Nick also did the cabinet installation and took extra care in making sure they were perfect. The painter that Joe set up did a fantastic job. The tile team worked all day on a Saturday to install floor to ceiling tiles. The grout lines are almost invisible to the eye. The electricians were fantastic. They suggested and replaced an old light fixture above the tub with a new LED light that was dimmable. They also installed a switch for a new lighted mirror and then set the mirror in the perfect spot. Each and every trade person was very enjoyable to work with and did an amazing job. Based on my past two experiences, you can trust Gary (Sensitive Information Hidden) and Joe (Sensitive Information Hidden) with any home improvement project. Professional, thorough, and very accommodating. The kitchen and laundry room look great. Gary’s design fit a highly functional kitchen into a very tiny space and managed to make it beautiful too. And Joe kept the work moving forward at a good pace. The team put down heavy floor protectors so nothing was damaged, cleaned up after themselves and even managed to surprise me with little complimentary fixes around the house. (They rebuilt an outdoor counter that had warped and put the shelves I didn’t use from the kitchen cabinets into an awkward space in the bathroom). Above all, they were extremely thoughtful in keeping the walkways clear and the area safe, a consideration I appreciated as it’s difficult to navigate with a walker in a cluttered area. I highly recommend Gary Jackson and his team.

Gary was very helpful in the design and selection of materials. We upgraded to diamond fusion shower glass and are impressed will the appearance. Master bathroom looks good.

They remolded our kitchen, installed hardwood floors and painted throughout. They did a Great Job, were Professional, Finished when Promised and at a Fair Price!

I had my bathtub replaced with walk in showers & my carpet replaced with hardwood. Gary & his team did an excellent job!

We had a bathroom remodel to remove a tub and replace with walk in shower and had Gary Jackson complete it. The standard of the work was excellent (tiling walls and floor, glass doors, fixtures and painting) and the contractors were careful and clean. The communication with Gary was first class. He kept us up to speed with progress, informed us when the contractors would be arriving, and of any small delays (which did not impact the overall timing). Would not hesitate to use Gary again, or recommend to others.

We love our kitchen remodel. We think it came out great. The team was easy to work with and attentive to our needs. I'm sure a lot of companies due quality work and William French Home Improvements is no different, but the biggest compliment I can give them is that they had outstanding communication and showed up every time they were scheduled to be at our home working over the two month renovation project. That isn't always the case with other providers and allowed us to better manage our schedules during this process.

Second Review 7/16/24: We just completed our second renovation with Gary Jackson. His team completely rebuilt our entire kitchen, new tile floors throughout our first floor, fireplace, and rebuilt our guest bath and shower. We are extremely pleased with the way everything turned out. It looks amazing! I went straight to Gary with our big remodel because of his prior work on our Master Bathroom. He still has it and does absolutely fantastic work. I highly recommend Gary Jackson for any renovation project your future holds.

We were blown away with how well our kitchen remodel went. From the very first meeting to the final walk thru we enjoyed working with William French Remodeling. Every person from every trade had an eye for detail, were kind and great to interact with. Communication was great with the owner and project manager and both answered endless questions with patience and detail. We would (and probably will) use them again for our next project!

I met with 3 companies before deciding to do business with Gary Jackson and his team at William French. Honestly all 3 companies came in close with their bids. It is important for me to know that I can share my ideas but also that someone will be honest with me. Gary, Shauna and Joe listened and offered advice. I had multiple rooms that were remodeled and construction can be painful but communication on the timeline was crucial. All of the workers that came into my home were courteous and respectful. I appreciate the knowledge of the team and highly recommend William French
