We are a family owned firm of over 30 years that specializes in residential home plan designs. We offer pre-designed house plans (stock plans), modifications to house plans, and custom home design services. Based just north of Atlanta, in Woodstock, Georgia, William Lindy Residential Designs is a family run business with character and integrity as its foundation. As former home builders, we have in-the-field experience which provides an important perspective in home design. Keeping good design fundamentals in mind, we build each plan on the computer in a three dimensional model (3D), assuring that even complicated roof systems and design changes work with the floor plan.
