From the first encounter with the salesman Brian Shonebarger thru to be installation by Joon & his team, Windows on Washington was an absolute pleasure to deal with. All of the positive reviews that I saw prior to calling them were spot on! Their price is excellent, the quality of their windows are also excellent. I went the extra step of researching the manufacturers of various companies and Okno (the manufacturer that WoW uses) is way better than other manufacturers. The windows look great, open and close easily and we are so happy. Now hopefully, our home will be cooler in summer and warmer in winter. We fully endorse & recommend Wow. You will say WoW!

Got 4 windows done, the whole project went very smoothly even though they came with the incorrect number of grids the first time. The WoW team communicated very well the whole time and was on top of everything. Everything from the estimate to the installation was simple and fluid.

My experience with Windows on Washington and specifically Eric Novotny was the most professional I have ever had with a contractor. Eric replied to a request for quotation / consultation that I put on houzz for some repairs I needed to my home's windows and ended up spending time with me via phone, text and email exchange to make sure I knew where to go to get the parts I needed and receive instructions on what turned out to be very minor repairs. He did this all free of charge. Eric never tried to sell me anything and followed-up with me as if I were his top customer. I would definitely recommend Windows on Washington for any windows replacement or repair project you may have. Thank you Eric

Eric from Windows on Washington is obviously very passionate about windows. I posted on the Home Forums about a window replacement project that I need to have done. Even though he is not in my area he responded quickly and even ended up calling and talking me through the things that needed to be corrected when my windows are replaced. He provided a layman's education on what to look for in my project proposals and how to verify that a window has been properly installed. Really appreciated! I wish you were closer and could do this project for us!

Windows on Washington did a great job providing background on all of the window options describing the positives and negatives of each. They installed 5 windows on our house and overall they did an excellent job. The only negative is that there were two weather delays which being due to winter is understandable, and the price was pretty expensive. But, I figure you have to pay a lot for quality and although it has only been a month, it seems to be worth it.

We worked with Windows on Washington to replace the full floor to ceiling windows on the front of our 1950s era house. It was a huge job, and they had a lot of patience as I tried to decide a new'ish configuration for the new windows, as the openings were huge and we could have done anything imaginable. We went with fiberglass windows (as opposed to vinyl) for the structural strength. The house looks completely different. We went from old, ugly brown aluminum windows to fresh, almond color beautiful windows. They were easy to work with. The install crew works directly for the company, and are really great at what they do. Construction like this is an art, and they are great at it. They had to be creative as they pulled out the old windows down to the brick (with a huge opening in the front of our house for a bit!) and were skilled enough to find solutions when our older house didn't come as expected for certain issues. They really are fantastic. We shopped around, did our research, and found that these guys know the most about windows and what works. The summer after we had them installed, the house was much cooler because of these much MUCH improved windows.

WoW replaced three exterior garden doors, in the front of my home. They were the most reasonable bid, and negotiated with me appropriately (another, very popular company, always starts at twice the number they really will accept, making me fight with them like I'm buying a used car). WoW gave me a good price, matched the exterior color PERFECTLY (this is a condo!), and installed the doors very professionally. An error from the manufacturer was handled (i.e., corrected) gracefully, and in the end, my foyer is MUCH warmer and prettier. I am very, very happy with my new doors.
