I have been using Elliot and team for a few years now with with residential and my commercial and the experience has always been professional with top notch service. Elliot is patient and doesn't push you to make rapid decisions. His pricing is fair and his team of installers are respectful of the environment that they are working in and leave everything clean! I recently worked with the Window Treats team to outfit our new home's kitchen and family room. I am so incredibly pleased with the window treatments - extremely well made and beautiful. Audrey was a great consultant who helped pick out the perfect treatments for the space and how our family uses it. The treatments even arrived early and were installed in time for the holidays. I thought shopping local would cost more but their prices are extremely competitive and the personalized service worth it. I highly recommend them!

I worked with Laura at Window Treats and she was great. Very hands on, very interested in the project. She came several times to measure and remeasure. The installers were great. The treatment was beautiful. Very professional operation.

Elliot Laniado was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable of all his products and he was available to answer any questions. The window treatments I ordered arrived quickly and were installed within two weeks from when we gave our deposit. I hope to use Window Treats again in the future.

Working with Window Treats was a pleasure. I worked with Audrey , she was professional and always guided me in the right direction. The delivery date was actually earlier than expected which very nice. I would recommend them and definitely use them again in the future. They resolved any issue I had without a second thought. Commented: Graber vs. Lutron SerenaI am not familiar with the Graber motorized blinds but I have used Lutron. Lutron can also be hardwired and is a superior product. If I had the choice, I'd go with the Lutron!
