Amazing service, excellent communication, completed efficiency with good quality on Yaletown condominium. The projects included painting, re-dividing the rooms, electricity and kitchen renovation. They have very good experience on how to finish the project with high quality and on schedule. The work performed have been well finished and we have been very happy with all the results. The project was completed on time and under the budget. Jonathan and Kenny also provided cost effectively advices on renovation, which has good effect with low cost. Jonathan also did an excellent job of assisting apply the work permit and coordinating with our concierge staff. It is very pleasure work with Jonathan and WIS team and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to do renovations.

I would like to thank Jonathan and his team for the great effort they put on our project and did an excellent job on the interior renovation. Throughout the process they were very patient and paid attention to all the little details. They continually offered different suggestions until we were not just satisfied, but thrilled. WIS helped clear off all my popcorn ceiling, repainted all my moldings and all the walls in my two bedroom condo. Great communication and took the time to do a great job rather than a quick and poor job. Installed my bathroom vanity, lighting fixtures, termostats and all electric recepticals. Jon and Ken did an amazing job on the renovations.

I had the pleasure of working with WIS on a major renovation of our entire house. I can recommend WIS highly and without reservation. Throughout the course of the renovation, the WIS team handled the job with extreme care and precision. They made good suggestions and found ways to do things cost effectively without losing the design intent. I was referred to Western Innovation System from a co-worker who got their kitchen redone by them. Jon and his team helped us with some kitchen and deck renovations. We had a deck redone awhile ago and Jon was able to catch some mistakes the other contractor previous made. I was really impressed with how smooth the kitchen reno process was- he pointed out some things about the original kitchen design that weren't quite right and he helped me make the kitchen a lot more functional than I had originally planned! It was clear that they had a lot of experience in this department and I'm glad I didn't decide to try to some some aspects myself to save on costs. I was also really impressed with the modern and clean finishing. He was so great with the main house that we decided to also hire him to do some renovations to turn our garage into a workspace. When we showed him our garage he pointed out that we had some rat droppings. We had rats! who knew? Jon was so courteous he helped us find an exterminator and helped us sanitize and throw out the junk from our space. He found people that were far cheaper than any other junk service we were calling. He then helped us seal up all the holes in the house and garage to make sure pests wouldn't be a further problem (There's a community garden on the corner of our block and I'm pretty sure the rats were coming from there). We are really happy with Jon and his team and would not hesitate to call him back on another renovation, plumbing or electrical job. Really outstanding people and very honest. The whole process was really quick and the entire team was very communicative and professional throughout the process.
