While searching for a new home base several years ago, my husband and I fell in love with the Hendersonville, NC area. Luckily we found a building lot that suited us perfectly. This is our 4th house and the 2nd to be designed and built from the ground up. Unlike our previous home, this building project presented new challenges for us, specifically we lived nearly 800 miles away. We started researching builders and asking people down here about their building experiences. Fortunately we were directed to George Pendleton. His company had decades of experience working together as a team. Later, while choosing our building materials for our home, we found that nearly every supplier gave George and his trades people stellar reviews as a highly respected team noted to have the highest integrity and attention to detail. It seems that this team has been highly regarded for many years. Over time, we saw what many people knew as George activated and organized his team to build our home. Throughout the entire process, from our initial meeting and estimate right up to the move in and after, George made this long distance build for us seamless. He conquered challenges that arose due to supply chain and covid issues by relying on his experience, expertise and vast connections. George was always readily available to answer our questions and remains currently so helpful as we enjoy our first few months in our new home. George has really created a Masterpiece that will last for a long, long time. It is difficult to describe because it includes an awesome natural setting on the Hungry River in a rugged mountainous area of Henderson County. So George walked into this setting and with the owners vision of what they wanted, went about to create a One of a Kind Riverside Getaway Pavilion. The setting and the pavilion deserve equal credit for creativity.......it is Awesome.

We were living in another state when our house was built and we only saw the progress every 6 weeks or so. Therefore, we depended greatly on Mr. Pendleton to make decisions on our behalf and were exceptionally pleased with his creativity and quality workmanship in this custom home. Under the circumstances we needed a man with integrity and were very pleased to have selected Mr. Pendleton. Despite some small changes during the building process the house was completed under budget and we were very satisfied with our beautiful new house.
