We had John and his team supply and install a new kitchen for us. They used Montalco company for the cabinets. The work was completed on time and looked great once installed. That was four years ago. Last year we noticed that the island cabinet started to flake and crack at the bottom, before the kick plate.We kept forgetting to contact John but once we did we were told that yes that cabinet had to be replaced but at our cost. They only warranty their products for three years. Then to add insult they tried to say that it flaked because of water damage, not because of cheap cabinetry from the supplier. The island is not near water, it is sitting on hardwood floors that have been there since installation. We had a previous island at the same spot for twenty years, and the previous cabinets never cracked or flaked, it was just time for a change. So I would not recommend this company as they do not stand behind the faulty products that they install. We are a retired couple living alone so there is not a lot of wear and tear in our kitchen.

John, Mahshar, Paul and the entire team at Woodhaven are incredibly experienced and skillful in their work. Full confidence in them to make your vision come true. As a client, spending the time so as to not rush the millwork design is important, and made for better planning and installation.

For John and his team customer satisfaction is their number one priority. I have worked on many projects with Woodhaven Kitchens over the past 7 years and they have all turned out excellent. I am thankful to Bernadette and John at Woodhaven Kitchens for gracefully working around my original custom design. Every bit of the way was made easy, details were executed properly and thoughtfully. Every time I had queries, the solution had been already resolved without my interaction. Installation was tricky with deeper uppers than normal, their friendly installer did the job without hesitation. The result is a very functional kitchen where we gained 25% storage in a small space and three work stations rather than two. After installation, servicing was followed through properly and professionally.

John and his team are truly exceptional. From design to installation Woodhaven Kitchens went above and beyond to ensure we had the best final product. We completed a massive renovation on our house and John was by far the best contractor we hired and there was a lot of them. We have recommended and will continue to recommend Woodhaven Kitchens to anyone who asks us about our kitchen. We do plan on getting them in to do some more work for us in the spring.

After researching many companies we finally settled on using Woodhaven Kitchens to complete a major kitchen renovation. What attracted us to Woodhaven was not only the vast selection of products to choose from, the quality of the cabinetry and finishes, but most of all, the willingness of John to spend time with us making sure that he understood what we were hoping for in the end result. John is knowledgeable and flexible. He listened to our list of wishes and wants and was able to make insightful and informed suggestions to help us to find ways to include what we asked for, or to find alternatives if need be, and even included a few things that we hadn't yet thought of! The process of renovating a kitchen can be a painful one as it is the hub of the home. This experience was not nearly as disruptive as I had imagined because John kept a very close watch on the progress and kept us informed along the way. We found the Woodhaven staff and installers to be reliable and pleasant (and very willing to answer our questions). Now that the project has been complete for a while, we have had the opportunity to discover that the after service that Woodhaven Kitchen provides is excellent. John continues to treat us as existing customers rather than as past customers and this allows us feel very confident in recommending Woodhaven Kitchens to our friends and neighbours.

I went to John on a referral from a friend who is a contractor. All I can say is that my wife and I were blown away with how accommodating John is. After briefly sitting down with Cynthia (my wife) and I, he asked a bunch of questions about what we were looking for and just listened. He asked for our budget and then not only did he make sure what we wanted fell into our budget he advised us on small simple things that could be better use to us (things we hadn't thought of) and that would end up being more cost efficient. The other thing I really liked about John was that he told us what he was going to do and then backed it up with action, he held our hand during the process and didn't accept final payment until we were 100% happy with the work done. Not only would I recommend John and his crew again (I already have referred him to a few people), if I ever need to redesign a kitchen I will be using him.

Right from the start of our project, Woodhaven, John Grant and staff were amazing. They allowed us time to reflect on choices we were making while providing valuable suggestions to layout and design. We had our kitchen, master bedroom ensuite, laundry room and 2 powder rooms updated. We are more than happy with the results and the workmanship provided.

We have recently finished an extensive kitchen renovation and we couldn't be happier! We met with a few different companies before choosing Woodhaven. John, the owner of Woodhaven came to our house on at least three different occasions over the course of a year and a half to give us ideas and drawings of possibilities. When we finally chose his company to design and install our cabinets, John was always available to answer questions and worked with us to problem solve and make suggestions. From start to finish I have been very satisfied with Woodhaven's services. When I first approached Woodhaven, John encouraged me to do research and gave me excellent tips on how to stay within my budget. John was able to be the designer, project manager and contractor for my kitchen, which made the whole process a breeze for me. John was available for all my questions or concerns and he understood perfectly well what style of kitchen I wanted. We followed most of his recommendations for appliances choice, hardware, plumbing fixtures and countertop material. He was also able to find us the best deals.
