Angela designed Craftsman cabinets for my living room, around a tricky stone hearth and fireplace surround. She also designed a buffet/china cabinet for my breakfast area that needed to be customized to contain my wine refrigerator and coffee station. Both designs were right on target for what I needed. She was professional throughout the project. There were several issues that needed revisiting, and Angela ensured they were taken case of expeditiously. Office staff was courteous and very helpful, as well. Also, the construction team did a fantastic job during the installation. They were also professional, and their work was very clean. They left the workspaces spotless upon completion. I will not hesitate to hire Angela and Woodmaster Woodworks again in the future.

I hired Woodmaster to build cabinets for my kitchen remodel and to manage the project. Angela, the company owner, did not come to the job site when she said she would leaving me to manage the subs on many occasions. Her crew cleaned the cabinets with the wrong product, ruining the finish on some of the cabinets. Woodmaster tried for months to fix the problem and finally said that was all they would/could do. They left me door profiles that did not match because of over-sanding, and some drawer fronts and doors had small cracks. In addition, they had terrible subs on this project. All the people at Woodmaster were very pleasant, but they appeared to be over their heads on the project and could not deliver the quality product promised. I was very disappointed! This was a bad experience. Photos of my project were posted on your website without my permission.

I am sorry you feel that Woodmater Woodworks was not able to reach your level of standards and expectations. Our goal is to leave every customer with a quality product and great customer service. Woodmaster Woodworks gave your project the best service and product we have given to any of our customers. We made over 40 return trips to your project between February 5, 2016 - March 3, 2017. We stripped, replaced, or touched all the doors & drawer fronts 3 or more times each. I would like to respond to some of your accusations.

I, Angela, the owner of Woodmaster Woodworks, was in direct contact with every contractor hired for the project. I was onsite 3 or more times a week to review project progress, and to meet with subcontractors. I answered every phone call and email in a timely fashion from Kathy or Don. I also had a Scheduling Director on call to answer any questions you had, if for any reason you were unable to reach me. Your project was given a high level of customer service and attention.

During the estimating/design stages of your project, I presented two subcontractors for each trade, and you made the final decision on which subcontractor completed the project. From day one of the project, we were not given the opportunity to fully project manage. The subcontractors were not given an opportunity to complete their project before a punch list had been started. You would contact the subcontractors directly before contacting me. Every subcontractor exhausted efforts to satisfy your expectations to the point they would no longer agree to make return trips back to your project. I cannot agree with your statement that all the subcontractors were terrible.

We have not put any of your photos on our website, even though I feel it is a beautiful kitchen. I was unaware until today that your project photos were added to our Houzz account. The photos have been deleted, and will no longer be shown.

I've been very happy working with Angela these past few years to do projects in my loft. She is wonderful to work with, will help you design, work at your pace, visit however many times it takes for you to feel right and comfortable. They just finished installing some shelving and a built in desk for me and I couldn't be happier with the better use of my space. Woodmaster Woodworks and Angela has solved a whole bunch of problems for me by doing the work that they do. Her install crew gentlemen are wonderful, efficient, professional and just great. I still have more ideas I would like to bring to fruition in my home and I hope it will be Angela and her crew who will do it. Thank you again, Angela! So grateful for your services!

We had Woodmaster Woodworks Inc. remodel our bonus room cabinetry. We kept some of the original cabinetry, but had Woodmaster Woodworks Inc build cabinets to accommodate a 65 inch curved television. The workmanship is exceptional! You cannot tell what was existing and what is new. The stain matches perfectly to the original cherry wood. From working on the design with Angela to the craftsmanship of head carpenter, Nick, the process was very professional. Now I keep looking around the house for new projects to do with Woodmaster Woodworks Inc. We highly recommend Woodmaster Woodworks Inc.

Woodmaster was helpful from the start, helping me to bring my vision of built-in cabinets and shelves next to the fireplace in my new home to life. The drawings and estimates came together quickly; the only difficult part of the process was the wait for the product, since this company work speaks for itself and they have a constant stream of customers. Final precise measurements were taken a few weeks before the project was due to be placed in my home, so that fabrication could take place in the near-by shop. The crew arrived the day of the install right on time, and were very polite and went right to work. The install took the entire day, because the crew works to place everything perfectly, reframe around windows, caulk and touch-up paint where needed. The crew was also careful to clean up all construction debris before leaving. The final project was beautiful and just as I envisioned, and looks as if it was part of the house from the day the house itself was constructed. If I ever need another woodworking project completed, I will definitely use this company again. Though the price might be a touch higher than others, you get what you pay for and I am happy to pay for quality work.

The Virginia Gail Collection

Woodmaster Woodworks completed a project for our client's bonus room. They removed existing cabinets and incorporated them into our design for a full wall of cabinets that includes a wet bar, A/V area and plenty of storage. The existing cabinets were refinished to match the new cabinets and the finished installation is seamless as the new and old cabinets all appear to be the same. Woodmaster was able to take the existing oak cabinets and create a smooth finish to match the new cabinet finish. Amazing! It was a pleasure working with the Woodmaster team. They took our design plans and implemented them perfectly. Prompt, pleasant, professional and engaged - we'll definitely call on them again when we need assistance with cabinetry.
