I am in the process of remodeling my house and once I stepped in this plumbing supply and be dealing with Marcia Lainez, I did not need to go anywhere else, great service,experience and knowledge. I recommend this place to all of those in the same remodeling process.

I am in the process of renovating 3 bathrooms and I used Wool Plumbing for all my fixtures and plumbing accessories. Their selection was great, their showroom has extensive samples, most of all Liliana, the sales rep that helped me, was very knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. She thought of tons of things i hadn't even considered and had great recommendations. The process was seamless and everyone at Wool Plumbing was a pleasure to work with! I have already recommended them to tons of friends and family.

We did a major renovation of our master bathroom and couldn't be happier with the results! We purchased all plumbing and fixtures from Wool Kitchen and Bath Store, and they were a wonderful to work with. The sales staff made excellent recommendations on certain items which fit our taste and budget. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I purchased a number of kitchen and bathroom products from Wool including a bathtub, toilet, two sinks, faucets, and numerous accessories. The showroom I visited was in Miami. The showroom was beautiful with well organized displays. Sales staff (Maria) and owner (Jeff) were friendly and efficient and were extremely patient with us. They helped simplify our decision making and even took multiple calls from our plumber to ensure things were compatable before special ordering some items. My wife and I had a very good experience and we highly recommend Wool.

The showroom is truly beautiful with an abundance of contemporary choices of kitchen and bath products. Jeff personally helped me find a spiral kitchen faucet to match my modern kitchen. I bought the sink over 2 years ago and I have no complaints. Best customer service and the most beautiful kitchen and bath supplies!

I've had a coupling dealings with Wool over the past couple years. Upon arriving in their showroom for the first time, I was pleasantly greeted by non other than the owner of the company, Randy. Being a fairly large company with presence throughout the state of Florida in 8 locations, it still felt like a small family oriented business. Randy talked to me about his two sons who also work in the business and hope to carry on the legacy their grandfather started many years ago. The showroom was clean and stylish, presenting many different options in upscale kitchen and bathroom remodeling. I picked out a touchless Kohler kitchen faucet and a gray Kohler cast iron kitchen sink after being explained the benefits and utility of both. The sales staff was knowledgeable and seemed to really care about what I wanted, not pushing me into the more expensive products, though that's where I ultimately ended up. The products had to be ordered, and arrived on time as I was promised. I would recommend this company to anyone in Florida looking to purchase kitchen and bathroom products. I believe they also sell online and would recommend that as well since their prices are fair.
