Willowood Homes

We bought a finished home from Willowwood back in July of 2016. We looked at a lot of houses and basically every house on the MLS in our price range. We absolutely fell in love with our willowood home on first sight and it was the only home we made an offer on. Since living there we continue to be amazed by the level of craftsmanship and the choices that they made on the design and materials. In Utah many of the builders focus on size and then choose cheap finishes (like subpar flooring, cheap lighting fixtures, cheap counters) to try to maximize their square footage at the cost of the house actually being nice. Willowood is the exact opposite of this. Our house is small for our neighborhood, roughly 3100 Sq Ft., but the finishes are timeless and really high quality. One of the things that I think a lot of people overlook when buying a house is also all the parts that you can't necessarily see. Willowood really overbuilds when it comes to things like heaters and AC for each floor, prebuilt wiring, and extra attention to what's behind the walls. Our inspector that reviewed the house was super impressed by the attention to detail on the small things that normally are cost cutting areas by most builders. Overall if you are getting a home from Willowood you will not only get an elegant and timeless design but something that is built to last.

We bought an existing spec house from Willowood Homes this summer and it is our dream home! The finishings and quality are top notch and several people in the industry that have been through our home have mentioned what a great job they did. They have really high standards for their subs and thought of every detail. They were very responsive during the sale process and also since the closing, making sure to follow up with the little things that come up. Randy and Dayson know what they are doing, you can rest assured you are in good hands with them!

I bought a house built by Willowood Homes and also contracted them to finish a large part of the basement. At all times they were professional, trustworthy, and punctual. Punctual is not a word you hear often with builders. They've also gone out of their way to help with questions and concerns long after the money changed hands. I would definitely recommend them and if/when I need more work done in the future, I will contacting them.

I went to the Parade of Homes to get flooring ideas for my kitchen and I stumbled upon The Cypress. It was the most beautiful house I had ever seen!! Every detail is exquisite!! Randy and Dayson were amazing to work with, they were patient and flexible easy to work with. Randy even let me purchase some of the amazing decorations. This home is amazing and I highly recommend Willowood Homes!!!

We love our custom home built by Willowood Homes. Dayson and Randy are incredibly easy to communicate with, responsive, honest and great at coming up with solutions whenever needed. This was our first time building and they were helpful and insightful from the first initial call, budget meeting, selections and throughout the entire building process to the final walk through. I hired Willowood to build a home for my family in early 2015. The project was a long, tedious, detailed, and extremely fun process. My wife and I enjoyed working with Randy and Dayson very much. It seems that most people never have good things to say after working with a builder. That is not the case for us. If I was building again right now I would absolutely work with Willowood Homes again. From the early design and budget meetings, throughout the build process, and at the end tying up loose ends...it was a great process. And the results are amazing. I was lucky to stumble upon this almost 6000 sq ft. house when the exterior was done. I got to choose, colors, finishings, floors, etc. I have been very happy with the work and the followup that Dayson at Willowood as provided.
