Wyrick Residential Design

I can't tell you how wonderful an experience we had with Chris Wyrick and team. He was so creative and easy to work with. He is accomodating to in-person and remote meetings, which was so conveinent for us. Before starting the process we were intimidated at the idea of designing a home and Chris really guided us through the process one step at a time and he helped bring our ideas to life. He also uses your photo references/ boards from pinterest and Houzz which helps him see your vision, which I loved! I would work with him again in a heart beat.

Chris was great to work with on our house design. He listened to our input and provided his own. He was very flexible and accommodating yet he let us know if we were off base. We started with a general idea based upon a coastal / transitional design idea. Chris made this home come to life. We worked closely with Chris, his team and our builder along the way. It was a very positive and rewarding experience. We would highly recommend Chris Wyrick.

We worked with Chris (and Bob) recently on a custom home design, and he took our very novice drawing of a floor plan and turned it into something great! He was very patient with our sometimes indecisiveness and offered good ideas when challenges arose. He also helped with other matters, including when the HOA needed more drawings/further 3-D renderings to get our house approved to build. We really feel like he went above and beyond his job description to get our house to the final stages! Thanks Chris and team!

I never thought I’d be building a new house at my age. However, Hurricane Harvey changed all that. Chris was great to work with and understood what I wanted. Our first meeting was at my home, before demo, so he could get an idea of what I liked. I didn’t want a huge house – my main wants were a nice kitchen with an island & big pantry, a walk-in closet and a garage. Chris gave me exactly what I wanted first go-round, with very minor changes. He listens to his clients. I’d recommend him to anyone for any size home large or small.
