My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I had the privilege of working with Yawn Design Studio on a high-end Custom Home in Coral Gables and all I can say is that I wish there were more design professionals like them in the industry. Their accurate and detailed plans are among the best I have seen. They also provide a unique design concept that works with the space and blends with what the client is asking for. I hope to continue working with Bruce & Shannan in the near future.

They did an amazing job all around. Professional, timely, informative, accurate, and above all they listened to what i wanted and interpreted my vision. I hear stories of design teams that force their "look" on their clients. This was a very interactive process which resulted in a timeless space which reflected me.

Commented: White foyerhi - yes the walls are BM Winter White too. in this home we used 1/8" mdf on the walls but you can also do level 5 drywall and paint it with an enamel finish to match the trim. cheers - YAWN
