I've used Yerigan for over 7 years on multiple projects. During a "do-it-yourself" bathroom remodel, we ran into a tough problem that was far beyond a "do-it-yourself" remodel while trying to put a bathroom linen closet in a space that really didn't seem to us to work. With work almost done, our frustration level was high and we sadly admitted that the project was then currently out of our skill level and we needed professional help. As most of our 30+ family members have done business with Yerigan Construction and/or YCC, we called YCC and spoke to Jennifer. Jennifer came out to measure, give us options for wood type, hardware, size, functionality and time-frame. She was very professional, pleasant and highly knowledgeable about all aspects of project management. The options she came up with for us met our budget needs, our desire for high quality finishes and worked for our tight time frame. When the cabinet arrived, it fit perfectly into that odd shaped space. Jennifer Yerigan Mortensen, home remodeling professional, with Yerigan Construction was the professional we hired to help redesign the walk in closet of our master bedroom and to update some other areas of our home. We could not be more pleased with the process and result. Jennifer was very patient and an excellent listener as our vision for the space changed as we got into the project. Jennifer did an excellent job of presenting options within our budget and explaining the trade-offs. Once we had the final design, we knew Yerigan Construction would be the best option for doing the work. They built our custom-designed home twenty years ago, so we knew the project would be done right and with the greatest attention to quality and detail. In addition to the master bedroom project, Jennifer reviewed the rest of the house with us and had suggestions for making simple upgrades, such as adding pull-outs to the kitchen, pantry, and laundry room cabinets and updating some of the light fixtures. As has always been the case with Yerigan Construction, it was a positive experience from start to finish. Amazing, respectful and an attitude of "let's get this done". Our experience with the Yerigan Team was wonderful. So wonderful, we wanted to create another home with them. Some professional do a good job. This they did. Moreover, they were intelligent, insightful, creative and a delight to work with We had, as all new construction has, many challenging windows, corners, systems to be installed. They managed every aspect with, yes, grace. We've built before, but this was a homeowners dream team. Beyond the execution of the details, they left the workspace clean each evening. My cupboards surpass the Mercedes model....these are Bentley cupboards and we enjoy showing them off to visitors. And visitors are wowed.

They are a top-notch organization and are completely reliable , trustworthy , professional and efficient - and they only do very high quality work . Every detail of my condos is beautifully done - the workmanship is 5star plus and I found that working with all of them was a great experience .
