Installs are stress free with Y Factor. I have been using them for many years at my office building. Jennifer and her crew are completely reliable with installations. I am always well-informed about what will happen and when, but never burdened by the process. I know they will take care of it. They are problem solvers who make it work! They are careful and diligent and clean up afterwards. This is how professional work should be done.

I've worked directly with Jennifer Scales & Kadie Dearing for the past 18 months. I told them to be as creative as they wanted to be... I wanted a Wow Factor! They did not disappoint! They truly designed something that I could not have imagined. They created 3D renderings so I knew exactly what to expect when constructed. I'm somewhat reluctant to rave about them too much as I have more in the works for them.
