I don’t know where to start to thank Leo for building our dream home. My wife and I decided to rebuild and given the size of our house, we interviewed 12 contractors to ensure we were making the right decision financially and to find someone who we can easily work with. The list included the contractor who built our first home in 2003 as well as many others who we researched through various resources. Leo stood out from our first contact. Leo and his team are adept professionals capable of building beautiful and flawless homes. I had a great experience building my 5500 sq ft home including a double car garage and outdoor kitchen as Leo was timely in promised delivery and able to troubleshoot in a cost efficient manner whenever an issue arose. Leo takes his time to give an explanation where needed, always gives his client several options with well rounded advise, and it was a pleasure to see him on the job site almost daily. Leo has an intense focus on detail and truly prides himself in the final product. This was proven true as there were times that he corrected minor issues that I hadn’t even noticed myself.
