Needed a variety of small to medium sized home improvements done- storm door and porch railing installs, small deck/porch full build. Zack and Mike are good communicators, and were awesome to work with. Very kind to my hard-of-hearing mom. Really cared about getting things the way we wanted them. Especially liked how clearly the pricing is broken out via the invoicing. We will be hiring them for more work soon, as this first experience was such a good one.

AZ Waco and Zac Schultz took our $15,000 deposit. Made many promises. And many times stated trust me. After many months of waiting for a detailed quote with no progress. We cancelled contract and he refused to return our money. So nothing done on our kitchen and out $15,000. Save yourself and don’t hire them.

Prior to any construction beginning, AZ Wisco Inc. completed extensive pre-construction work on this project, including design planning, multiple site meetings, consultations, and preparation work necessary to move the project toward construction. These services require significant time and professional resources.

As outlined in our agreement, the pre-construction and general contractor fee covered this work. When the decision was made not to proceed with construction, we promptly refunded the materials reserve that had been held for the project.

We strive to operate with professionalism and transparency on every project and wish you the best moving forward.
