ZAMKRO was established in 2006 as a custom home builder with our headquarters in Orchard Park, New York. Our goal is to build unique and memorable homes. If you can dream it, we will build it. As the 2016 President for the Buffalo Niagara Builders Association, we have recently taken on selective remodels to round out our portfolio. Our skills and integrity has earned us a reputation as one of the area's fresh new home builders. We are dedicated to helping you realize your dreams and instill the confidence that your new home will be one of fine quality and enduring value. ZAMKRO Homes LLC, has a proven formula for ensuring quality and value in your new home. By maintaining oversight throughout the design and construction process, we ensure your home is built to the highest quality standard. We have developed a detailed system of job cost tracking, reporting and providing the owner the information they need to make informed decisions to ensure the project stays on budget and on schedule. We feel it is important for the owner to understand the steps involved in building a custom home. Therefore, we will provide the owner with a detailed guide of all the steps involved.

Zamkro recently completed renovation of our en suite bathroom. Dean was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He had excellent ideas with regard to slight changes in design to improve theoverall result. The quality of the workmanship was first class. Work area was clean and neat at the end of every day. He was very responsive to questions emails etc.. In all, they were a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend Zamkro.

Zamkro build a cabin that excited all my expectations. The quality and attention to detail are first rate. Dean kept me updated daily with emails, texts and photos. They were on the job site daily and kept a close eye on any sub contractors they utilized. Which by the way, were as professional and Zamkro. If you are looking to build something that you can be proud of I would recommend Zamkro without reservation. I could not be more happy with the final product!

Using Dean Kroll and ZAMKRO for our complete kitchen remodel was the best decision we have ever made. Dean is a true professional who treats your property like it is his very own. Even when unexpected obstacles came up (supplier issues, code issues, etc), Dean was the one who kept us calm and eliminated all of our worries. There was always a plan and he adapted to every situation presented. From the very beginning, he explained everything thoroughly and we were fully aware of status of our project each day. Both Dean and Scott went the extra mile on anything that was asked of them, big or small. The quality of the work done was flawless. We absolutely love our new kitchen! The friends and family have who seen it, in person and through photos, could not believe the difference. They were amazed. ZAMKRO has our full appreciation and loyalty after this project. Thank you!

Zamkro is by far the BEST company to work with! Our home is a 200-year-old farmhouse. We had taken down 75% of the home and added a beautiful family room with a fireplace enlarge kitchen, new bathroom and a loft office, and raised patio so so much more. Switching gears a few years ago to being a photographer for builders, developers, architects, interior designers and realtors, I have had the opportunity to photograph outstanding work and high quality.
