Best Builders Group

We had a leak under the slab in our kitchen. I immediately called Best Builders, who had done 2 other beautiful remodels for us. Within a day Zohar pulled a crew off an existing job to tend to our emergency. They jackhammered the slab, repaired the leaking pipes and replaced the kitchen floor. It looks beautiful once again. I can’t say enough about them. Contractors to be trusted!

The crew was great. The bathroom is beautiful. They worked fast, clean and quiet. They were very careful about cleaning up. I am so very happy about the response to every request. I would use them again.

We just moved back into a home that we recently had half of the house gutted and refreshed. The whole process started over a year ago, when we were soliciting bids from various contractors. Zohar and his team came over and gave a competitive bid and a year later, we couldn’t be more pleased with our “new” house that has gained a lot more open space and natural light. We had first approached Best Builders Group after our architect and structural engineer submitted and had plans approved by the city. We wanted to make sure we could hit the ground running and Element was able to fill that role. Were they the least expensive option? No, but I’ll never forget asking Zohar if he thought I needed to replace the roof over the area that they were going to tear up. And being in the roofing industry himself, he said that our roof was actually done very well so I’m sure the company wasn’t just trying to get every $ they could. The various teams that came in through the various parts of the project, from demolition, framing, electrical, and plumbing, were all very professional and answered and explained in detail whenever I had a question (and believe me, I had plenty!). I would highly recommend Best Builders Group again. They really felt like partners throughout the entire process.

Zohar at Best Builders Group is definitely the best. What really impressed me is the fact that he responded to all of my texts or calls immediately. Zohar and the team completed a full remodel, including the removal of a wall, and a complete upgrade of the kitchen within a few months... within the scheduled timeframe that we got when we signed the agreement. His quality of work is superb, and the quality of the cabinetry was excellent. He is a great troubleshooter and solves any issues that come up in a timely and cost-effective manner. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend Zohar and Best Builders Group.

We worked with the Best Builders Group team on a renovation of our downstairs to convert a den space into a new bedroom/office with a full bathroom, our living room to make it a more open floor plan, and updated the electrical in the whole house. We began the project in January of this year and were able to move back in June with the project fully completed this month. The project manager we worked with was Zohar and we would plan to meet weekly to review and discuss the progress of the project. The project did complete a little later than expected as there were a few setbacks and challenges that came up, but Zohar was always there to work with us to make sure we were happy with the work/solution for these setbacks and challenges. Zohar always made himself available for a chat, either by text, phone, or email. If there was something that needed my attention or an update following an inspection, Zohar would notify me right away, so I was kept informed of everything. After everything was completed, my wife and I were happy with the work at our home. When I am walking around my home, it feels like a brand new home and I forgot how it used to look. There were some bumps in the road during this project, but now we enjoy being back in our home and had a super positive experience with Zohar and Best Builders Group. If you are looking to renovate/remodel your home/property, I would recommend reaching out to Best Builders Group.

I have been working with the Best Builders Group for a couple of years now and their work is exceptional. They have earned a reputation for being the best in their field and have made some of my neighbors very happy. I'm sure they can do the same for you!

Best Builders Group has remodeled and built a guest house with a kitchen and bedroom at our house. We are extremely pleased with the first class workmanship. Zohar and his team were professional and skilled. The construction team worked every day and arrived on time each morning in order to ensure that this remodeling project was completed on time, as we were on a strict time schedule. We would highly recommend Best Builders Group remodeling to those seeking an immaculate finish. This team of contractors prides itself in getting the job done and providing a top rate finish. Not only that, they were very considerate of us and the neighbors and went out of their way to keep the noise and mess to a minimum. We have nothing negative to report about this construction company.

We had a major remodeling of our primary and guest bathroom, walk-in closet, fireplace, and laundry area. We are glad to say we are very happy about the results, now we feel like we live in a luxurious hotel every day! The good thing about working with Best Builders Group is that they have plenty of resources, and they have experts in different areas. We asked for a lot of changes and they always try very hard to accomplish them even though some of them were difficult tasks. The project manager and the team are very professional and what’s more important is that they are always patient in communication. I want to thank our project manager Zohar, and our construction leader Cesar and all the team members, who took good care of the house! We really appreciate their positive attitudes and energies towards work, and we feel very safe to see them working in our house. Not only did they take care of the project professionally, but they also helped with a lot of miscellaneous work such as helping deliver orders from local vendors and meeting with other vendors on making work smoother, which we truly appreciate! :)

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Working with Zohar and Best Builders Group to remodel my kitchen and bathroom was an overall amazing experience with so many positives. It was my first time remodeling my house. There were so many aspects of concern and stress. From the very first meeting with Zohar, he completely put me an ease, and talked to me in detail on what they could do and the approximate price point. Throughout the initial phase, I contacted and met with over 6 different companies, and of course, the estimates that I received were all over the map. Best Builders Group estimate was very manageable and, best of all, precise. There weren’t any surprises at the end of the remodeling job. What Zohar said on day 1 was exactly what it turned out to be. After my meeting with all the other companies, I was debating between Zohar and one other company. At this point, I also decided to downsize my remodeling to save some extra money. The other company was immediately hesitant to take on the job now that their profits had shrunk, whereas Zohar was the complete opposite. He went into revision mode and was quick to come up with an alternate plan that we could do now that my budget had changed. That really impressed me. His ability to maneuver and work with different financial circumstances while maintaining a high quality of work. It also showed me that he cared about my project, even after the scope of the work had become smaller. I now know he has many projects going on at any given time, but you wouldn’t have guessed it by the attention and excellent communication he provides. I never felt like I couldn’t reach out to him for questions (and I had many) or clarifications in each phase. For me, choosing the right contractor came down to trust. I was remodeling from out of town, so I couldn’t check in on the process on a constant basis. Zohar kept me informed every step of the way and eased my anxiety if anything popped up. If an issue or potential issue came about, he would bring it up to let me know this or that happened, but then he would tell me that it was no problem to deal with, and provide a solution as how he planned to work around it. The entire process was always transparent and clear.I could go on and on about what sets Best Builders Group apart, but I hope this gives you a snapshot on why they are the right contractors for the job. I have zero complaints and they went beyond my expectations. Best of all, the end result looks like a million bucks.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars here because this team is the absolute best. We had met with 5 other contractors before choosing Zohar and the team at Best Builders Group and I’m so, so glad I found these guys. I had originally hired them to help us with the bathroom remodeling and kitchen upgrade and ended up having them upgrade all of our light fixtures and full home electrical as well as interior paint in full because I loved working with them so much. I’ll be having them back for a master bedroom update in the near future too! From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Our vision was executed in full, with so many incredible details that came as a complete bonus. What I loved was that Zohar always listened to my concepts, but would offer other options that could improve the end result. Most of the times I agreed and his suggestions improved our project greatly, but if I ever didn’t want to move forward with something, he was never pushy either. We had Zohar and his team here on the day-to-day interior demo and finishing work and working with truly every single person we met was incredible. The attention to detail, kindness, cleanliness, respect of budget and everything else surpassed our expectations.

I put off renovating our kitchen and bathrooms for years because I had heard so many renovation horror stories. Recently I decided to do it and to renovate them and to find the perfect company for my project. After interviewing five remodeling companies, I decided to hire Best Builders Group. It was worth the effort. I am so happy I hired Zohar and his team who were fantastic to work with. They were professional, flexible, helpful, and responsive. The project was completed a few days earlier than estimated, was on budget, and looks gorgeous.

I went with Best Builders Group because they gave me very competitive price and were able to provide all requests I had. The project was a room addition. Zohar and his crew shoved up on time, worked hard every day, were professional and efficient. The final outcome was great as expected from such a well organized and professional team. I highly recommend Best Builders Group!
