I ordered my custom hood on March 30, 2021 and was told my hood would take about 11 weeks. Last month I was advised it should be shipped at the end of July. We are at the end of July and after waiting 2 days to get a response online I am now told it will not be arriving until October. I am so disappointed and aggravated as I was told it would be about 11 weeks. I had picked this company because of their reviews but now I am wondering if they are fake reviews. They are fast to take your order but take days or weeks to respond. I paid almost 6,000 for my 42 inch hood. I am wondering if I need to start a claim with my credit card company. I am soooo upset and disappointed!

Waited forever to receive the product, well past when they said and when it arrived the liner was not what I ordered. It was suppose to be a remote blower liner and they send the standard model. I was then informed that it would be an additional 3-4 weeks before I would receive what I paid for. Moving in this weekend and can't cook using our gas range. I would never order from them again

Didn't deliver product when they say they will. Ordered hood April 1, it is still in transit from China as of June , 28. Paid in full for hood.

This company outsources the fabrication of their sinks to Mexico and then deliberately fails to specifically disclose (they disclose they work with global partners without naming what specific countries) that they are using a extremely much cheaper costs to make the sink, and then upcharges you thousands more than what it would cost to have the sink made by other U.S. craftsmen at a much lower costs with the same high quality. This company rips people off this way and I was shocked to discover this when the sink was delivered. I will not be using this company ever again and their dishonesty or misleading information says everything about their deceptive advertising.

I would not recommend this company. After spending weeks with the designer and finally signing off on our work order. We were expected to receive our hood the week of Jan 18th. Now 4 weeks later, the hood arrives with the wrong color straps. (See photos) As you can see the straps and trim were all supposed to be Light Antique Brass Smooth. The customer service reps are condescending and show no compassion for homeowners and their family who already had to delay their kitchen renovation for 4 weeks due to their complete lack of communication. I’m speechless and frustrated and will be speaking with our contractor tomorrow to truly asses the impacts of this disaster.

I would not recommend buying anything from this company. It has been 16 weeks since I ordered my hood, however, it has not been delivered. I have been in contact with the merchant and I am always given the same information, your hood is in transit. I was never updated on the fact that they needed to rebuild my hood until I called to get a status on the day it was to be delivered (11 weeks after ordering). Later I was told it was on a shipment from China with no true date of arrival. I was told that it was on the train to go from the west coast to MN, however, it didn't leave until 8 days later. This company has been nothing but a headache to deal with and I regret every day that I ordered my hood from here. Buyer beware.

I cant say enough good things about Live Aloha. James came out and we walked the yard and came up with a plan. He provided a detailed layout that was submitted to the ACC and easily approved. When the work started, they were meticulous. We changed the plan, several times, along the way. It was no issue. The yard looks great. They widened the driveway and entrance walkway by 6 ft and used paver stones on the walkway and entrance which really adds character. They pulled out horrible hedges and less desirable plants and planted a palm and more desirable plants. Lastly, we have had several issues with the irrigation which they have come out and repaired, the day after the issues were identified. Nick, their irrigation guys is extremely knowledgable with yard work, irrigation and just about everything else that has to do with a yard. Their customer service is exceptional. We also fired True green and Live Aloha does our yard maintenance as well. These guys are awesome and highly recommended.

Working with World CopperSmith was great and the island mount range hood is beautiful. Great service and a quality product! The over 8 week lead time was definitely worth it!!! They were also helpful in answering our contractor's questions during the installation process. If you're thinking about getting a copper hood thru World CopperSmith, DO IT!!! You will not regret it!!

My new CopperSmith sink is absolutely beautiful, the focal point of my kitchen. I couldn't be more pleased! And the company is wonderful to work with, special kudos to Jamie!

Purchased a custom hood for our home this year prior to our daughter's graduation party.. They worked with us to make sure the dimensions were accurate and that delivery would be timely. We received it and had it installed in a timely manner. It is literally, a stand alone piece of artwork that numerous guest noticed and complimented. They did an amazing job. The service and follow up was amazing. I ended up speaking with Ryan, owner of the company. He cares about his company and is truly a gentleman. If you are looking for any sort of custom hood, these are your people.

Excellent product and company. Order date to delivery date was acceptable considering they had to make this from scratch. They stood behind their product and were very responsive when I had a small issue. I was very happy when it arrived and I saw the quality and craftmanship put into it. There are not many videos on how to install these vent hoods, so planning is everything. I drew on the wall exactly where I wanted it to go. Also be sure you have the studs in the wall to attach to, it's get some heft to it. I had to remove drywall and install cross bracing between the studs in 4 locations to make sure I had enough to support it. The metals in the hood and screws are dissimilar. I found some washers at big box stores which have a rubber washer attached. Useful to keep electrolysis down. The vent duct was probably the hardest part to make sure I had right. Many adjustments to it before the installation. In the end, I'm very happy with the way it turned out.
