I have been using this controller for the past 6 months with zero issues. It was a major improvement in usability over the basic controller my contractor installed. Previously, I wasn't able to program a schedule that aligned with my wife and mine schedules. Now, with the easyheat app, I was able to schedule it to my family needs thru an easy to use UI. During the summer, it was easy to shut off the whole system too. Installation was very easy. The old controller came out, and the new easyheat controller was very straightforward to wire in. I really enjoyed the start up menu and it walked me thru setting up my wifi. Wifi joined quickly with no issues. Overall, I was very happy with this product and would highly recommend it.

Installed the warm tiles in my bathroom. Thermostat was very easy to configure and the warm isexcellent. Easy to install and easy to use.

The Easy Heat floor warming cables were a very affordable, simple, and reliable solution for our bathroom remodel. The installers commented that the cables were the simplest that he has installed. The coils paired with the Emerson Warm Tiles ESW Thermostat made for a great add to our bathroom remodel. We are looking forward to having warm tiled floors this winter in chilly St. Louis. Overall I highly recommend these heating coils and thermostat for your next flooring remodel.

Warm Tiles are a very nice accessory for a large area at least 12' X 15' where there are few hot air registers but in a small bathroom they are not necessary as the usual 1 or 2 hot air registers are sufficient for the limited time a person spends in there. Overall the cost of installation was not worth it for me. I had a bad thermostat but as the contractor didn't leave me any info it was only by chance that I found that my local Home Hardware store listed them but didn't stock them, after some considerable effort HH did manage to find one for me at a reasonable price. Would I install Warm Tiles again? Not for me, a luxury I don't need and rarely use. I am unable to give my installation date which was March 2019 not 2022.

Easy heat was easy to install. It does take a little while for it to heat up at first, but once it heats up, it’s warm. Feels great! I installed it in the basement.

We put easy heat under the floor for our tortoise.. SInce we live in Michigan the winters get pretty cold..He needs the warmth to live. If we lived in the south he wouldn't need the extra heat. His floor is kept at 74. plus he has a heater to keep the rest of his house cozy.

Easy to install and warms my basement beautifully. I was even able to install two separate thermostats, one for the family room which gets used often and one for the laundry room side.

Love the heated floor, it is easy to use and the wall monitor is clear and easy to read. I have ceramic tiles that are nice and toasty

First installation had multiple short a little over 2 years. East heat help desk very helpful ion locating the problems however there were so many shorts that the cable had to be replaced. East heat provided cable but tile floor had to be replaced at the expense of I and the installer. Works currently however the thermostat, which was changed out three times is very sensitive to how the cover is fitted in with the small micro connectors. Just touching it can cause the screen to blank out. Have o carefully get set and in correct position then leave it alone and it will work fine. Have seen other complaints on the thermostat. Hopefully it has been improved since the last one I installed.

I installed their WarmTiles product in my master bathroom and was very impressed by the low cost, intuitive installation, and instant comfort that it brought to my home. Including heated floors really enhanced my modern luxury theme and provides the warming element that was needed since my bathroom is technically an addition to the home. The cables and thermostat are reasonably priced and the labor charge was minor charge since I was remodeling the bathroom anyway. I have had the cable installed for two months and have not seen a significant increase in my electric bill which is why I would HIGHLY recommend this product for your heated flooring needs. It is a great talking piece as well; my friends and family are always impressed!
