Very unhappy. In my opinion do not ever buy Perlick! I have two under counter refrigerators in a bar, a third in an upstairs sitting room off the bedroom and a fourth that’s a dual zone wine refrigerator in our butler pantry. I’ve already had two that I’ve had to have expensive repairs due to leaking refrigerant. Now all four have slowly broken over the last few months. None of them are keeping temperature and slowly they’re warming up overtime to the point I’ve just shut them off. So angry to have to call technician out to evaluate and they are likely gonna tell me the same thing that refrigerant is leaking again and will be expensive to replace. These do not seem to be well made. I reached the point that I’m just gonna have to throw them away and replace them with another brand or fill in the space with cabinetry

Perlick HP24 2-drawer fridge. I bought this brand after researching for the best model for a remodel in 2015; from the start, there was an issue, fixed; then 3 years later, the fridge couldn’t keep at 36 degrees; had to call in for service (paid $425 to replace Freon). This happened after 3 years on a fridge that cost -$3000. Then in 2024, six years later, this happens again, call out for service and he cleared Freon system and welded new axis valve. Now it’s a year later and the fridge has the same problem; how can Perlick ask for so much money for this piece of junk when it doesn’t even last… I would never purchase Perlick nor recommend their brand!

I bought a Perlick beverage center a month ago because i was excited at its coldness level for beer. First few weeks were amazing but since it can’t seem to keep temp. I have contacted customer service many times and they have several service providers to take care of it but alas none has come to yet. Can’t commit to a date. I bought for quality and it had failed to deliver. Would have been better off going with less expensive option that at least could deliver on their quality. Very disappointed.

We purchased fridge and freezer under the counter, when they came out. The freezer kept icing over. Perlick customer service was no help. I am finally giving up. I believe the product is defective from the start. This item is junk and do not recommend

Worst decision I ever made purchasing a Perlick Beverage refer. Almost $4,000 and it lasted less then four years. when I reached out to Customer service they gave me a list of Repair companies to contact. They said the parts would be covered under my warranty and that I would pay for labor only. I called every Service company they gave me in my area and only one of their recommended repair companies would come out and when he did he said my compressor and evaporator was shot and wasn't worth fixing. When I called Perlick back and asked them to try and find me a tech who would come out they said that they couldn't help me. what good is a warranty if the manufacturer doesn't have a repair tech to service the Appliance? I demanded a replacement and was told that that was not an option. WHAT A JOKE! I'm stuck with a refrigerator that doesn't refrigerate and my only option is to replace it on my dime even though its under warranty.

I bought an outdoor fridge/freezer drawer unit and the freezer conked out. Perlick replaced it with a newer design a couple of years later. After five years, It no longer works! It seems they have discontinued this item!?!? I emailed Perlick a week ago but no-one has replied. I have another Perlick item that keeps icing up. Perlick items are premium priced, But we have other makes of counter fridges that have been far more reliable.

I wish I had looked at these reviews before making my purchase. I chose two c-series wine fridges expressly for their supposed quiet functioning. The rep assured me they were only 41 decibels when operating, a claim made in Perlicks advertising materials. That is an outright lie. I complained and they had a service rep contact me. He scoffed at that claim saying perhaps the clanging compressor was 41 decibels but the compressor fans are way louder and there’s no way to adjust that. This brand is terrible. I was bamboozled. $3800 per fridge and this is what you get?

I have both a Perlick 24" freezer and a perlick 48" refrigerator. The freezer gave out a month after the warranty was up. It needed a new compressor at a cost of $1800 by the Perlick authorized repair company. Now, the refrigerator has the same problem, a bad compressor... I basically spent $9k+ for these items which are complete garbage. I would NEVER buy Perlick residential again.

Perlick has the WORST customer service. I bought an expensive wine fridge that has stopped working after 2 years. It is still under warranty and I have been waiting almost 3 months to get someone who can repair it. Perlick's customer service has been very slow to respond and follow up. This has been extremely frustrating! I have never experienced such poor service!

We purchased the column 24 inch freezer and refrigerator. We love them. Our refrigerator did have an issue when it first arrived, but Keane from their residential department took our case seriously, and quickly dispatched a technician. The technician solved our issue on the first visit and it has been working great ever since. The units them selves are bright, and very large. they look great in our home. We are very happy with the units

I bought a Perlick. Very expensive. They sent me a crappy, cheap-looking fridge with a styrofoam door. I could have done better shopping at 7-11. The thing doesn't even work. Don't. Ever. Buy. Perlick. Complete waste of money. Also, no refunds or exchanges (AJ Madison), so I'm apparently stuck with this garbage.

I bought a $4000 under freezer during the construction of a new home. Within weeks of plugging it in and using it the unit stopped working. Turns out the condenser coils had frozen. The repair technician contacted Perlick and was told that the customer must have left it open. This happened again, after being very careful to shut it each time it was used, and then I started reading reviews. Turns out that this is a very common problem. The freezer drawers do not close and form a seal adequately. I only store things like nuts or other product in it because it is so prone to problem. Other have replaced the unit with a SubZero because they are so disgusted. I am heading that was shortly. I am sure the motor mechanical parts may be fine but the design it inadequate. The worst appliance I have ever purchased at any price. If I could give it less than 1 star I would have. This is definitely not quality that is innovative or inspires.
