garbage product , requires you to cut up your door and put old heavy non working appartus inside door. Does not work

We are sorry your experience with our lock was unsatisfactory. If there is anything we can do to resolve any issues, please let us know. If the lock is not working properly we will work to correct any problems. Our installation is designed for an "in door" process which does require a rectangular opening to install the lock. This is a security and performance benefit however we understand it may not be appealing to you. Again if there are any outstanding or unresolved issues, we will work to rectify them.

Commented: Are either of these outswing or inswing?Hi Cindy. The deadlatch model 8200's are both inswing and outswing. The locks are universal and can be changed in the field. They are also universal handed from right or left and this can be change...
