Okay for them to announce a return in 2024 while they have customers who paid for their product and can’t use all of the features because their apps don’t work! That’s not okay.

Purchase and install was seamless but after support and phone APP is no stars. Be prepared your on your own after you purchase.

We purchased our true tankless exactly 5 yrs and 1 month ago, never a problem until 2 weeks ago, board went out, had an electrician out that stated board was bad. We tried finding the part with no luck. I called True Tankless and spoke with a gentleman named Chris, he asked could he do some troubleshooting with me, that he has never seen this happen however he gave me his cell number and we communicated back and forth. Indeed it was the board, Chris ordered one and had it overnighted to us, he speaks with us over the phone walking us through installing the board back, we still had no hot water, same problem. So he again overnighted us a few more different parts to ensure when they arrived some way some how we would have hot water, and asked me just to send the parts we didn’t use back. This is TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! Not one time was money mentioned! We by no means expected they would send us parts free of charge! BUT THEY DID!!!! And Chris was extremely helpful! I can not say enough about this product or Chris! If there’s any hesitation on a brand to buy, hands down True Tankless! Customer service goes a long way!!! Thanks Chris for the outstanding customer service you provided! PS we had no hot water for almost 2 was due to weekends, trouble shooting, holidays, etc and my opinion still remains! Chris was walking us through steps on a Saturday afternoon!

I have seen and used many of the on demand water heaters on the market. The Trutankless water heater is the best on the market. I can turn on 2 showers, 2 vanities, kitchen sink, dishwasher and the washing machine all at the same time and have water so hot you cant hold your hand under it. I have 85lbs of water pressure and I never run out of hot water. The customer service is outstanding, I had an issue with the heater and within a week they sent me a new one with no hassle. If you are looking for a great on demand water heater then this is the one you have been looking for.

I have been working in plumbing for 15 years in Europe and for the last 5 years here in the USA I always have worked with tankless I can say that after installing trutankless operating it I have been very surprised how perfect is made and is really easy to install and operates. At my personal house obviously i have a trutankless the most efficient electric tankless out there.

The heater itself is easy to install. The electrical supply takes much longer. Went through the initial start up and bled water, and fires it up. Makes plenty of hot water for a 10 headed shower. Been impressed with the unit so far.

We have installed 20+ units on our renovations and have yet to receive a call back or even a complaint. That says it all. We will not use any other brand.

I was looking for a replacement for a 30 year old water heater that was leaking propane and I had been hearing more and more about electric tankless units and after doing a lot of research, I decided to make the jump into modern times and opted for a truTankless Vero unit. I can say that after two years of having endless hot water, it has truly exceeded any and all expectations I could have had about a tankless water heater. I love the additional room in my basement and the fact that it only consumes energy when you are drawing hot water. I tell all of my friends who are considering making the switch to a tankless water heater to do themselves a favor and look at the truTankless products.

i have been marketing and installing this product since i put one in my house. it is the only electric tank less heater in my opinion that works. My family of 4 have had a Trutankless, and endless amounts of hot water for almost 3 years and we will NEVER use anything else again. I tend to leave the hot water running in my kitchen sink and expect to return to cold water but its always scorching hot. The hot water is truly endless and allows for me to do laundry, wash dishes, and bath children all at the same time. Trutankless is a wonderful time safer and one less thing to worry about. It's a wondrous machine and I highly, highly recommend it to anyone who needs a little help every now and then!
