I have bought two Dodge vans from TTI (Van Go). The quality of the service provided has exceeded any dealership I have ever dealt with for any type of vehicle. The knowledge of the employees enables them to address any situation I have had quickly and professionally. The service department is excellent and has been able to address any issue I have brought to them. The last time I was there I was on my way to meet friends to start a vacation. The ramp on my new 2014 Dodge van was broken. Instead to having to wait for a replacement to be sent from the factory ( about four days), they took a ramp from a showroom display van and installed it in my van. I was able to continue on my way with within 4 hours. Knowledgeable, professional, and fair are the terms I would use to describe this company.
