Warming Trends

I would give zero stars if it was an option. We had Warming Trends service our existing gas fireplaces in October 2024. A few weeks later the fan to the blower stopped working on the one in our living room. After paying another service call fee, WT determined we needed a new fan. We placed a down payment on the fan in November 2024 and the wait began. After numerous calls to check on the fan delivery, WT told us in February that they were having difficulty locating a fan for our older model, but they didn't take the time in three months to let us know. My husband has placed several calls to them and most of the time, they don't even answer the phone and you have to leave a message which the rarely return. The end of March we were told they had located a fan and they would let us know when it arrived, but guess what? We had to call them again in April and we're told it had just arrived. WT scheduled installation 4/28/25 between 9-11am. They didn't show up or call and when my husband left a message they called back in the afternoon to let us know the installer was sick and rescheduled the installation today, 5/5/25 between 9-11am. Another guess what? He didn't show up or call. When my husband called to see where he was, they told him the installer still planned to be here today. Less than 20 minutes later WT called to say the installer is "tied up" for the rest of the day and can't make it. WT rescheduled for 5/12/25. Do we think they will show up? Does this sound like a company you would want to do business with? No and no should be your answer. We need the fan installed to have full use of our gas FP, but will NEVER do business with WT again.
