Absolutely terrible. Despite agreeing to deliver "permit-ready" and "buildable" construction documents and forms for our building permit within approximately 2 weeks, he failed to do so after about 3 months. He continually promised to deliver yet either never answered our emails or replied with vague partial replies or false promises to get things done. When we pressed for updates, he finally provided incomplete, illegible drawings primarily repurposed from our interior design firm’s work. We are now starting over and hired a new architect. Be careful and hire someone more dependable. The architect will drop off the face of the earth after getting paid and deliver the bare minimum to keep bread crumbing you along thinking you're project is in process.
