My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

David Baca Studio designed our wetland hunting lodge and we couldn't be more pleased! The layout was perfect for our need to have private quarters as well as open guest areas. Their creative use of natural materials designed in our structure fit the wetland setting, and added beauty and unction to our home away from home. The architect was attentive, professional, and made sure we understood the pros and cons of each decision we made. Without hesitation, i will rehire this firm to design any future projects we may have.

I have been a professional in the Sherman area who has volunteered with David Baca Studio on many occasions, and their work in downtown Sherman is amazing. My husband and I just hired them to design our house plans, and I'm already pleased with the process! I'll add to the review when the house is finished, but I think it's going to be a great experience.
