BEWARE! I would recommend that people avoid these guys entirely! They work with the realtors, inspectors, and Brokers to try to upsell everything possible and prey especially on new buyers that don't know exactly what is needed or not, than they will tell you "hey, you are in luck i know a guy that can fix it". Luckily i have been in construction my entire life and have seen how some of these groups operate. Usually you only see this type of thing in Commercial contracts where there is government funding involved. Its sad to see they area also using it in the residential market because they lose more business by scaring people than actually being fully transparent and gaining long term sustainable success.
